Waxwell seems to be a mischevious Toon, though unlike Gigi, he takes slightly more drastic measures, doing pranks like stealing Toodles's Dog Plush or adding extra things to Sprout and Cosmo's cookies. However, they always backfire, either by him messing up or other Toons accepting it/enjoying it more. When things don't do right for him, he gets anger tantrums, making his fire grow larger in some situations due to his immense frustration.
