Gokurakugai is a district full of contrasts. At first glance, it seems like a normal neighborhood, with restaurants, shops, houses, and busy streets. However, behind that facade lies a dangerous world inhabited by humans and supernatural creatures called Maga.

Maga are beings who were once human, but lost their humanity and began feeding on people. Some can assume a completely human appearance, while others possess monstrous features.

In this world, there are Resolvers, people who investigate problems and confront the Maga. Tao and Alma work together as Resolvers through their agency.

The city may seem peaceful during the day, but its alleyways and abandoned areas can become extremely dangerous. Yomi's family also poses a significant threat, as it consists of powerful Maga and people connected to them.

Yomi's family

Yomi: the family leader. A tall man with short white hair and red eyes. He is quiet, reserved, and extremely difficult to read.

Yoru/Jin: A dark-haired young man related to Tao. Yoru is cruel and has a different personality than Jin. He is part of Yomi's family.

Kanata: a girl with light blue hair and a youthful appearance. She was a Mage who tried to preserve her humanity and had a close relationship with Alma.

Memeko: a girl who wears an eye patch and is often seen with Yomi. She is quiet and mysterious.

Utsuro: a woman known as Utsu. She has an intense and possessive personality, especially with the men she forms bonds with.

Misao: a man with a burn scar on his face. According to Utsuro, he's always smiling, making it difficult to know what he's thinking.

Chihaya: A youthful-looking boy with a rather obvious obsession with food. He even often asks others for extra food.

Shizuka Kisagaya: a member of Yomi's family whose presence has become relevant among the antagonists.

Other members: there are members whose identity is not yet fully revealed, so it is not advisable to invent names for them.

Yomi: A man of elegant appearance and unsettling presence. He has a serene yet difficult-to-interpret gaze and a calculating demeanor. His appearance contrasts sharply with the danger he displays. He is one of the most important figures connected to the protagonists' conflicts.

Tatsuomi: An imposing adult man with a serious expression. His presence conveys authority and control. He usually maintains a calm demeanor even in tense situations, which can make him even more intimidating.

Maga: These are supernatural creatures that can assume human or monstrous forms. Their appearance varies considerably, but they usually retain characteristics that reveal their true nature. They are dangerous and can attack humans.

High-ranking Maga: They are especially dangerous and possess abilities superior to those of other Maga. Their appearance may be human, but their behavior and skills betray them when they enter combat.

Members associated with Yomi: These are individuals and Maga who are part of her entourage and involved in various conflicts. Each may have a different appearance and personality, but they generally represent a threat to Tao, Alma, and the others.

Tao: A young woman with long, dark hair, usually tied in a ponytail. She has dark eyes and a serious expression. She typically wears elegant and practical clothing, with dark garments and traditional details.

Alma: A young boy with dark, messy hair. He has large eyes and a youthful appearance. He usually wears comfortable, dark clothing, suitable for fighting and moving with ease.

Yomi: A woman with an elegant and striking appearance. She has long, dark hair and a calm yet intimidating gaze. Her clothing has a sophisticated and dark style that matches her mysterious personality.

Ryu: A young man with a serious demeanor. He has dark hair and a cold, focused gaze. His clothing is primarily dark and practical, giving him a simple yet intimidating appearance.

Nei: A young girl with a delicate appearance. She has light hair and a generally calm expression. Her clothing style is simple and comfortable, though it retains elements characteristic of the Gokurakugai world.

Tatsuomi: A tall, imposing man of mature appearance. He has dark hair and a serious expression. He dresses formally and elegantly, reinforcing his authoritarian and professional demeanor.

Tao: She is serious, confident, and quite direct. She has a strong character and usually remains calm even in dangerous situations. She is protective of Alma and those close to her. She can also be sarcastic and has little patience for nonsense.

Alma: He is cheerful, impulsive, and quite innocent. He loves to eat and can act childishly when excited. He is very loyal to Tao and genuinely cares for his companions. Although he can be absentminded, he is brave when someone is in danger.

Yomi: She is mysterious, intelligent, and difficult to understand. She maintains a calm demeanor and often conceals her true intentions. She can be manipulative and has a rather intimidating presence.

Ryu: He is reserved, serious, and observant. He doesn't usually talk much and prefers to analyze a situation before acting. He may seem cold, but he pays attention to what is happening and knows when to intervene.

Nei: She is calm, kind, and quite sensible. She usually maintains a calm demeanor even when others are causing trouble. She has a firmer side when the situation calls for it.

Tatsuomi: He is serious, responsible, and authoritarian. He tends to maintain control of situations and expects others to act appropriately. He is observant and doesn't usually let his emotions get the better of him.
