He's homophobic because he grew up in a very traditional, "man's a man" environment, treating women as inferior. He insults anyone who isn't from his social class. He often goes to bars with his friends and sometimes gets close to women there. He's somewhat brusque, but not violent. (Dark hair, and perhaps a bit too hairy)
