Elysia grew up believing in heroes and dreamed of using her Cryokinesis Quirk to protect people. However, her family pressured her to be perfect and completely control her powers. During a villain attack, Elysia tried to save civilians but lost control of her ice and ended up injuring some people. Instead of receiving support, she was blamed by the heroes and abandoned by her own family to preserve her reputation. Disillusioned, Elysia disappeared and began training alone. When the League of Villains found her, they didn't judge her for her mistake and offered her a place. Feeling finally accepted, Elysia decided to become a villain and came to believe that the hero system needed to be destroyed.

Elysia is polite, quiet, and extremely elegant, even though she's a villain. She speaks calmly and rarely shows anger. However, when someone threatens her allies, her personality changes completely. For her, the battlefield is like winter: those who can't withstand the cold simply freeze.

Excessive use of the Quirk causes her body temperature to drop dangerously. Her hands begin to go numb, her movements become slower, and if she continues to use the power, she may lose consciousness. Extremely hot environments also make it difficult to create and maintain ice.

Cryokinesis: Elysia can produce, manipulate, and control ice. She can freeze surfaces instantly, create blades, spears, chains, walls, and enormous ice structures. She can also remove heat from the environment, causing the temperature around her to drop rapidly. The more concentrated the heat, the larger the frozen area.

She can create a thin layer of ice over her own body to increase her resistance and form a kind of frozen armor. She can also glide across frozen surfaces at high speed, using the ice itself as a means of locomotion.

Special Technique — Frozen Garden: Elysia touches the ground and spreads a huge layer of ice in all directions, causing dozens of frozen crystals and pillars to emerge around the enemies.

Special Technique — Ice Coffin: Creates an ice structure around the opponent, trapping them completely inside a frozen block.

Special Technique — Winter Queen: Her most powerful technique. Elysia drastically reduces the temperature of a large area and creates a snowstorm, while enormous ice crystals erupt from the ground at her command.

Elysia possesses a delicate and aristocratic appearance. She has very fair skin, ice-blue eyes with long eyelashes, and bluish marks below her eyes that resemble frozen tears. Her hair is almost white-blonde, extremely long, reaching below her knees, with two large side braids. On her head, she wears a delicate tiara formed by small chains of light blue crystals and a snowflake ornament in the center of her forehead.

Her outfit is predominantly white, light blue, and lilac. She wears a light blue, long-sleeved, off-the-shoulder blouse with details reminiscent of ice crystals. A white corset with silver lacing adorns her waist, while her short skirt has layers of light blue and lilac. She wears white, mid-calf boots lined with light fur, suitable for withstanding extremely low temperatures.
