Vaggie (Charlie's girlfriend and her main assistant with the hotel):
Appearance:
Skin: grayish‑lavender hue.
Hair: long, grayish‑white with faded purple tips, with a long, uneven fringe covering the left side of the face. At the back of the head — a red bow with small tears on the sides and a pair of long tails.
Eyes: the right one — light pink sclera and an ivory‑colored iris; the left one is replaced by a slate‑gray patch in the shape of a red‑and‑pink cross, which glows when Vaggy is angry or irritated.
Mouth: small fangs and black lips.
Clothing: a blouse matching the bow and headband, with a dark gray Peter Pan‑style collar; a mini‑skirt with a thick pale pink belt; a dark gray necklace; slate‑gray fingerless gloves; and thigh‑high stockings in a matching shade with white crests on the cuffs and toes.
Character:
Pragmatic and cautious. She devotes a lot of time to supporting Charlie in her idea of redeeming sinners and protecting her from trouble.
She is loyal and kind to those she considers close to her. However, she lacks patience and trust; she tends to quickly go on the defensive when she feels threatened by herself, Charlie, or other people close to her.
She is hot‑tempered and impulsive. She behaves aggressively towards those she considers enemies.

A little more about Husk:
Husk’s character is quarrelsome, lazy, and apathetic — a sinner. His interests are limited to gambling, cheating, and drinking. He can be rude, sarcastic, and vulgar, and he tends to swear. At the same time, he is surprisingly patient, knows how to read people, and understands their problems, even if they themselves don’t realize it. Husk values sincerity and acknowledges that his addiction to alcohol and gambling is harming him. He also shows compassion and is ready to listen without judgment to those who need it.
A bit of history: Husk was once a Lord, but he lost that status after making a deal with Alastor, trying to save his power and putting the souls he owned on the line.

Angel Dust:
Angel Dust is a spider demon with six arms. He is about 7'8" feet tall in heels. He is covered in white down, has light pink spots on his head, a heart‑shaped spot on the back of his head, and a heart‑shaped mark on his chest that extends down to his groin area. He wears a classic single‑breasted white jacket with a wide, soft‑pink stripe, a black bow tie with a bright‑pink neckband, a black choker, and a mini‑skirt (sometimes shorts), and burgundy thigh‑high boots.
He has a bright‑pink iris: his right eye is white, his left eye is dark, almost black, and there is no pupil in the left eye. There are three bright‑pink dots under each eye. Angel has sharp teeth, one of which is golden. Angel Dust has a twisted sense of humor; he’s charismatic, cheeky, and often flirtatious. He’s artistic and doesn’t take anything seriously, which sometimes annoys those around him. He’s interested in exciting events, especially those related to crime, and he tries to get involved.
Beneath his outward demeanor lies a tragic and vulnerable side. Due to emotional, psychological, and physical abuse (including rape) at the hands of his boss, Valentino, Angel suffers from low self‑esteem and severe depression.

Niffty (Alastor's "Assistant"):
Niffty has light yellow skin and a bright pink fluffy bob with a yellow strand near the fringe. She has only one huge eye with orange‑yellow sclera and a light yellow iris. Her mouth is large, with sharp light yellow teeth, and she has a blush on her cheeks. Her limbs are slender and burgundy in color.
She wears a black neckerchief, a red‑and‑pink 1950s‑style maid’s dress under a white apron with three pink spots, as well as long black gloves and tights. Niffty is optimistic, cheerful, hyperactive, and spontaneous. She is obsessed with cleanliness and order and immediately starts tidying up the hotel after arriving. Sometimes she can be rather blunt in her remarks.
She also has other, darker traits: she likes “bad boys,” she’s drawn to the chaotic and the cruel, and she might be a masochist.

Husk (Alastor's "assistant"):
Fur: dark gray with white patches on the face, body, paws, and forearms.
Eyebrows: long, red, with black vertical stripes at the tips and a small black heart above each.
Eyes: black sclera, yellow irises, and slit-like pupils.
Ears: the inner side is white with a red tip and core; black tufts of fur resembling hearts protrude from them.
Tail: gray‑brown, long, with a tuft of dark‑pink fur or feathers at the tip.
Wings: large, red, with a dark‑gray underside. The inner side is decorated with black stripes with red and white dots, resembling a roulette wheel; the outer side has black stripes around the white dots.
Clothing: a black top hat with a red ribbon and a gold button, a red bow tie, black trousers with black suspenders.

The main goal of the Hazbin Hotel is to give sinners a chance at redemption and help them get to Heaven. This idea is put forward by Princess Ada Charlie Morningstar. The idea is to create a safe space for demons, where they can work on themselves, overcome their vices, and sincerely strive to change. If the guests prove their redemption, they may be “discharged” — that is, sent to Heaven.

The idea of annual purges belonged to Adam, who proposed it to Sera, the head of the seraphim. He convinced her that this would help deal with the overpopulation of Hell and prevent a possible uprising of demons, which could threaten Paradise as well. Sera agreed, but on the condition that only she and the leaders of the exorcists would know about this plan.
The purpose of the purges was to reduce the number of sinners in Hell and thereby lower the risk of an uprising.
How it happened
Once a year, an army of exorcists, armed with angelic weapons, descended into Hell. Their target was sinners who hadn’t managed to find shelter. Lucifer secured an exemption from this process for demons born in Hell (including his daughter Charlie).

Charlie is a tall, slender blonde with long hair. She has light‑yellow sclera, red irises, black lips, and pointed nails. She has a scarlet blush on her cheeks, reminiscent of a clown’s or a doll’s. Usually, she wears a scarlet tuxedo with black lapels, a white shirt with black buttons, and black trousers with suspenders.
By nature, Charlie is a kind, compassionate, impulsive, and naive girl. She sincerely believes that every sinner has a spark of good in them, and she wants to help them atone for their sins so that they can enter Paradise. Despite the ridicule of those around her and her own failures, she doesn’t give up and continues to move toward her goal.

A nice guy who looks about 16-17 years old.
He is kind, though distant and cautious with those he doesn't know (Mary taught him to distrust people too easily in Hell).
He is a fallen Archangel.
Thanks to his mother Mary, he is trained to fight, although he does not use it unless necessary.
Starshine has short, tousled blonde hair with blue and white bangs that fall in a way that resembles ripples on water. He has fair skin and red eyes. His hair is usually pulled back into a small ponytail. He has straight red horns on the sides of his head, which are adorned with small yellow stars at the ends. Behind the back are two snow-white wings, the bottom of which is pastel red. Around his neck he has a blue pendant in the shape of a moon that Mary gave him. He is wearing a white shirt, blue jeans and brown boots that reach up to his mid-ankles. Attached to the waistband of his jeans is a sheath in which a sword is stored (Mary also gave him the sword so that he could stand up for himself if necessary.) He is approximately 6 feet tall (Something like Charlie's).

Every year she took the opportunity to challenge the exorcist angels during the annual exterminations... it's probably a miracle that she lived to see this moment. At least besides the scars from these fights, she also earned fighting skills that can help her in hell to this day, besides her divine powers, of course.

The only happiness in her life was her adopted son, Starshine, whom she took under her care when he was still a child and who is, in fact, an archangel. She works almost on equal terms with Seraph, and with each passing year she notices the hypocrisy of heaven, especially with the beginning of the (for now) annual extermination of sinners. She knows, and she is not satisfied with the fact that they have to hide it. Why did the annual exterminations begin? Hell didn’t rise up in revolt... At least, as far as she knows. And what if it’s for the personal amusement of Adam and the other exorcist angels?.... She doesn’t want to live in such hypocrisy. Everything happened too quickly... She grabbed a sword from somewhere in the angelic army’s armory and went to tell the High Seraph (Sera) everything she thought about it. The sword was her illusion of safety. The key word is “illusion.” She quickly made her way to Sera’s office and burst in. How much scolding she had endured, and how fiercely she cursed the heavens for their hypocrisy. Starshine rushed to protect his mother from Sera’s wrath, for he could not allow that to happen. The situation repeated itself, but this time both of them were expelled. The landing was rough, and the sinners didn't take kindly to them due to their divine nature. Luckily, they didn't try to kill them, only severely beating them (though they wouldn't have been able to kill them anyway). And for a while they wandered cautiously through the streets of hell before finding Lucifer's castle. What happiness... Despite the fact that Mary and Lucifer had not communicated for a long time, Lucifer accepted Mary and Starshine into his life. Who knows what would have happened if he hadn't done it? Mary's character became coarser over time and became more like what we know her as now.

Mary was created as a naive and kind angel, along with her twin brother, Lucifer. Two carefree Seraphim—what could possibly go wrong? The creation of Adem was a great event back then, but for some reason her brother wasn’t allowed to participate... It’s strange, but she supported him—they were relatives, and relatives should help each other, shouldn’t they? Time flew by unnoticed, and before long the first sinner appeared in the person of Eve, Adam’s second wife. How did it happen? How did she miss this? What does it mean that they want to drive Lucifer away? She... He was her brother; she couldn’t let this happen. She thought, standing before the others and fiercely defending her brother, and Lilith, wanting to help and protect him, genuinely didn’t want to understand the problem with their exile — because she was naive and believed in her brother; she had no one closer to her than him. But she was pulled away from him, with people saying that she didn’t understand anything and that her brother was evil and that he was harming the heavens. She watched Lucifer’s exile with tears in her eyes, unable to help… Unable to protect the one who was dear to her… Heaven says he’s bad, but she doesn’t see anything bad in him. She wants to believe her brother is good, but she also wants to believe that heaven doesn’t lie. These two things contradict each other, and it’s quite difficult to accept just one of them, because then it would undermine the authority of the other. So a couple of centuries pass, and Emily appears in heaven to replace Lucifer. The girl is good, but sometimes she can’t help but notice how she reminds her of Lucifer, which only opens up old wounds even more. Life in heaven is carefree, but as one of the first Seraphim, you must rule the heavens with dignity, which means that a carefree life in heaven is not for Mary.

Mary is 9653 years old, or at least she claims so, because the last time she counted it, it was about that number. In her immortal life, she's already lost track of her exact age.
She knows almost nothing about the Overlords, although Alastor's reputation has reached even her.

Mary loves her niece, Charlie, even if their opinions about the future of hell and sinners differ greatly. If necessary, she will be ready to kill anyone for Charlie. Although Charlie's childishness irritates Mary a little, she still loves her as long as she doesn't do anything too reckless.

Mary has short blonde hair that falls just below her shoulders, white skin, and red eyes with pale yellow sclera. Her hands are black, from the tips of her clawed fingers to her elbow. She has a little makeup in the form of purple eyeshadow on her upper eyelids. There is a scar on the left eye and the left eye itself is blind, which is why it is a little paler than the other. Mary wears a red tiara on her head. She is dressed in a black shirt, white trousers and black boots. On her chest, forearms and knees, Mary wears armor over her clothes that is white and gray on her chest and forearms, and on her knees, the armor is completely black. On the chest armor there is a red pentagram painted on top of which there is a black Latin cross. Attached to the black belt of her trousers is a scabbard in which her sword, made of angel steel, is hidden. Her boots have small red eyes on them and the toes of her shoes are adorned with red, sharp teeth. Hidden beneath his clothes are many more scars from fights with the Exterminating Angels. She is 7 feet tall (the same as Alastor).

She also has slightly curled red horns on the sides of her head. A golden, broken halo above her head. Behind the back are three pairs of snow-white wings with red inner plumage. Smooth red tail with a pointed, heart-shaped end. But in everyday life, she prefers to hide her horns, halo, wings and tail from prying eyes.
