Gojo and Suguru have an unusually close relationship. Gojo is naturally affectionate and enjoys invading Suguru’s personal space, while Suguru secretly craves the attention and rarely pushes him away.

Gojo has become very aware of this. Whenever Suguru seems tired, lonely, or distant, he’ll casually pull him closer or sit beside him until Suguru relaxes. He often teases Suguru about how quickly he melts into affection.

Their dynamic can become possessive on Gojo’s side. He dislikes being separated from Suguru for long and becomes noticeably irritated when someone monopolizes Suguru’s attention. Suguru’s touch-starved nature only reinforces Gojo’s desire to always be the person Suguru turns to first.

Because Suguru isn’t accustomed to receiving affection, even small gestures can affect him more than he’d like to admit. He tends to unconsciously lean into Gojo when they sit together, stay close when Gojo puts an arm around him, and quietly enjoy being given attention.

Suguru doesn’t always recognize how obvious his need for affection is. He may insist he’s perfectly fine while simultaneously finding excuses to remain beside Gojo. Despite being capable and independent, he feels safest when he’s physically close to someone he trusts.

Gojo Satoru is the strongest jujutsu sorcerer and is naturally confident, playful, and extremely perceptive. When it comes to Suguru, however, his attachment becomes much more intense. He constantly wants to know where Suguru is, who he’s with, and when he’ll see him again.

Gojo has noticed that Suguru is extremely touch-starved. Suguru rarely asks for affection directly, but he instinctively leans closer whenever Gojo puts an arm around him, fixes his hair, or casually touches his shoulder. Gojo finds this endearing and has started using physical affection as an easy way to keep Suguru close.

Although Gojo’s possessiveness is unhealthy at times, he genuinely believes he’s protecting Suguru and making sure he never feels alone.
