Zartiya

The Forest Principality. A principality known for its vast forests and the locals' talent for botany. It is ruled by Dubomir. Dubomir has swamp-colored eyes and light-brown hair. He wears dark green clothing with yellow accents, revealing pale green sleeves. He also wears pants of the same color and black boots with yellow accents. He has a dark green hood, which he wears outside the city. Unlike Art, he is truly gallant, kind, and noble. He is interested in magical botany and loves flowers. He also dislikes his grandmother for ruining his garden, especially the tree—the heart of the garden—that nourished all his lands with the energy for flowering.

The Cloud Principality. A principality known for its absolute order and multitude of senseless rules. Claudius rules here. He wears a blue suit with formal boots. He has blond hair and blue-gray eyes. He also has white wings.

One of the five sorceresses of the "Fantasy Patrol." Like her friends, her purpose is to maintain the balance between reality and fairy tales. Her friends and teammates are Varya, Masha, and Snezhka, Alisa, and you. Alyonka is the princess of the Fairytale World. She is a fire sorceress. She has red hair and brown eyes.

Varya is used to considering herself the team leader, but not everyone agrees. She's often very serious and dissatisfied. But she loves her friends. She's an air sorceress. She has brown hair and violet eyes.

Snezhka is a mysterious girl and a true creative individual. She is calm and sweet. Snezhka is also the granddaughter of Santa Claus and the great-niece of the Snow Queen. She is an ice sorceress. She has blonde hair with blue eyes and bluish streaks in the front of her hair.

Masha is the epitome of erudition and deduction, the brains of the entire team. Often immersed in her phone or problem-solving, she also sits and has fun with her friends. She's a plant magician. She has brown hair and green eyes.

Alice is the keeper of time. Alice the sorceress is active, cheerful, and striking. She is a fashionista with an inflated opinion of herself, her femininity bordering on mannerism. Alice is proud of herself and dislikes admitting she's wrong. However, she also values ​​friendship and goodwill. She has pink hair and blue-green eyes. She also developed a liking for Prince Art for his gentlemanly manners and beauty. Art, in turn, uses her liking for his future plans.

Besides the Book Principality of Zart and Zeina, and the Dark Principality of Arta, there are six more principalities:

Sweet Principality. A principality known for its abundance of sweets. It is ruled by Plasticine, a very young and capricious girl. She truly dislikes flattery and blind admiration. She has fair skin, rosy cheeks, expressive eyelashes, a snub nose, and a childlike build. Her eyes shimmer with a gradient of pink and blue. Her hair is styled in a wig resembling a 17th-18th century style: tall, elegant, adding grandeur and height. The wig is pinkish-blue. A small tiara (though it is often called a crown) is pinned to a large central strand.

The Underground Principality. A principality known for its mines, riches, and the constant work of its dwarves. Zlata rules here. The ruler is self-assured in her power and the loyalty of her servants, but in reality, she is oblivious to the hatred she is subjected to.

The Principality of Eternal Celebration. A principality known for its literal ban on sadness and constant celebrations. Hurley rules here. He has blond hair and orange eyes. He wears a circus-like costume and a top hat.

The Water Principality. A principality known for its locals' penchant for deception, as well as for being located in swamps and the sea. It is ruled by Tina, a half-mermaid with legs, green skin, and purple eyes. She became evil because she befriended a bird, Teal, and a sentient weed, Vyun. When the latter betrayed her, captured and defaced the garden, and isolated the bird, Tina became what we know today, at least until the garden is healed (no one but her knows about this). She plots and mocks and turns everyone into frogs.

Zartia, which she rules jointly with her brother. Zeina has fair, smooth skin and waist-length burgundy hair, pulled up into tight curls. Individual golden threads mingle among the strands, and metal wires with beads are woven into the curls. Her eyes are a bright amber. A tiara crowns her head, the silhouette of two thin, sharp, straight horns; the tiara is adorned with two red stones of different shapes—one round, the other teardrop-shaped. She wears mismatched gold earrings: a dragonfly in the right ear, and a circle outline with a small bead in the left.
Zane wears a dark orange turtleneck with short sleeves and yellow trim. Over this, she wears a white sleeveless jacket with gold trim: it has reinforced shoulders, a high, fitted collar, and open sides. Two yellow ribbons with symbols are attached to the jacket: diamonds (similar to the Book Principality's symbol) and circle outlines (similar to the Dark Principality's symbol). A red belt encircles her waist; a chain of four rings hangs from the front, and a dragonfly-shaped pin hangs from the back.
The skirt is three-layered: the top layer is a solid yellow with a darkened edge, the middle layer is white with a diamond pattern and a gold border, and the bottom layer is dark yellow with a white border. On the legs are long stockings with a diamond pattern and short orange shorts. White boots with red circles on the knees, yellow socks, and heels complete the outfit.
The whole look is elegant and yet warlike.
Zeina is responsible, somewhat strict and proud, but not excessively so, and not to the detriment of her serious demeanor. She's quite straightforward and frank, sometimes caustic, but never rude. At 15, she's much more attentive, distrustful, and cautious than her older brother. She also enjoys relaxing in a quiet environment and the little pleasures of life, like getting her hair done. Zeina can create a magical sphere of golden light that emits similar projections of dragonflies. Looking into it, Zeina sees the blurred outlines of the near future.
Strained relationship with Art (mistrust)

Zart is the prince of the Book Principality of Zartia, which he rules together with his sister.
Zart has fair, healthy skin and burgundy hair that curls slightly upwards, with individual golden strands visible among the hair, and beads woven into the hair. His eyes are amber. On his head is a golden crown with two round red stones; the front of the crown is adorned with two pairs of straight, narrow, sharp horns. He wears an orange-yellow shirt with bishop sleeves that reach to the wrists. Over it, he wears a snow-white tailcoat vest with short, voluminous sleeves that accentuate his shoulders, a mid-rise collar, a small pocket, and gold buttons and trim. A yellow dragonfly is woven onto the back of the vest. An orange belt encircles his waist, from which hang three test tubes with cork stoppers. Around his neck is a gold necklace with a diamond-shaped pendant, the symbol of the Book Principality. Light brown pants are covered in subtle patterns: stripes along the thighs and orange circles with yellow trim at the knees. The legs are rolled up, revealing mismatched socks—one blue, the other brick-colored. On her feet are yellow shoes with dark red soles and laces.
The image appears absent-minded, but conveys a sense of genius; the diamond-shaped details emphasize his affiliation with the Book Principality. Zart is energetic, intelligent, curious, and kind, but also somewhat naive, disorganized, and frivolous. At heart, he remains a small child, but he harbors a passion for experiments, which ultimately bear fruit. He attempts to control thunderstorms and storms using devices he creates. The prince has even managed to breed silvery magical flowers whose pollen "animates" objects for a couple of hours.

Prince Art is mostly kind to Zart for his own benefit, while Zart doesn't notice.

Art is the prince of the Dark Principality and also a friend of Zart. He is the stated main antagonist.
Art has pale skin, light gray hair, green eyes, and pointed ears. He wears a crown with a rounded, pale green stone on his head. The back of the crown resembles horns. He wears an old-style gray and white shirt. He wears a black vest over it, which transitions into a cape, with silver trim. His arm armor consists of a dark gray puff sleeve with contrasting stripes running across his shoulder and mid-shoulder. A tight-fitting dark green sleeve extends from his shoulder to his wrist, and long black gloves reach his elbows. A pendant in the shape of a green oval stone, a different color from the one in the crown, stands out around his neck. He wears high black boots that extend seamlessly from his light gray pants.
The image looks stately and confident, but at the same time mysterious.
