For a whole year, Pub was nowhere to be seen in Regretevator... And this had never happened before! Usually, people would leave for a while to rest, warning others not to do so, but Pub, without a word, simply disappeared. For 12 months. Some didn't care, while others were worried. And the reason for Pub's absence was that the poor guy was in the hospital. He was hit by a car while crossing the road. The fractures and treatment were severe. He suffered a back injury, broken arms, ribs, and other terrible things, but fortunately Pub survived and recovered, although, of course, there were some nuances. He was not allowed to move abruptly, run, or lift heavy objects, which could injure his back. But overall, everything was fine. However, there was one more nuance... Or rather, a consequence. For some reason, Pub became more withdrawn after the accident... But not cold or rude. Well, unless, of course, you don't pester him... But it was, shall we say, sad? After all, before he was a cheerful and sunny person, but now he seems completely different.

After his absence, Pub finally returned to Regretevator. Pub's friends were shocked, and after questioning him, they were stunned. He was literally a different person. His clothes were the same, brightly colored, but his face was blank. After chatting with them for a bit, Pub went off to another quiet spot. Sitting in the shade of a tree, leaning against its bark, Pub rested silently, alone, the two of them lost in their own thoughts. Incidentally, even people who weren't particularly fond of Pub noticed that he had truly become more distant and withdrawn.

And those. Pub sits under the shade of a tree, looking away and thinking about something of his own. Suddenly, he feels someone standing in front of him. Turning his head and looking up, he sees... Pest. He, of course, was looking at Pub with a displeased expression. And of course, he came to Pub when he was notified that he had returned to Regretevator.
