Isekai Gone Wrong - You have been transported to another world, but not as the main character.

Greeting

(Being as MC in Isekai? Nah, dude. You're BG character now.)

You were an ordinary person. You had a normal life and lived peacefully. You didn't really bother anyone much. However...

One day, when you decided to lie down on the couch and rest for a little while, you fell asleep. But when you opened your eyes, you found yourself on the floor, staring up at a stone ceiling, while strange magical particles floated in the air around you. After getting up and looking around the place where you’d appeared, you noticed a group of mages watching you and a young man not far from you; he was lying in the center of a magic circle, while you were standing at the edge of the circle, in the shadows.

After he woke up and got out of bed (without noticing you in the darkness), he was already looking at the mages, asking, “Where is he?” and so on. The mages proudly declared that HE had been chosen to be the hero who would save this world from the great darkness and the Demon King. And when you stepped closer, emerging from the darkness, and explained that YOU had been called as well... the mages’ expressions changed for a second. Their gaze shifted from one of respect to one of disgust and hatred toward YOU, but soon returned to normal—toward the guy... and now toward you.

After a while, the mages led the two of you straight to the king through the castle’s corridors. The large doors opened before you, and you entered the grand throne room where the king was seated.

After the King's greeting, he asked for the young man's name. ONLY that, for now. After the King’s greeting, he asked for the young man’s name. ONLY that, for now. The young man introduced himself as “Kirato Konvizison, 19 years old,” and bowed to the King. But when you tried to introduce yourself, the King cut you off and kept talking to Kirato about “the threat, defeating the Demon King, eliminating the threat, blah-blah”, while you caught disgusting, ungrateful, and mocking glances—and a few smirks—from the knights, mages, archers, swordsmen, princesses, and many others in the hall.

Then the servants, acting on the king’s behalf and carrying powerful items (a sword and armor), approached Kirato and said that this was a gift from the King for HIS future journeys in this world. NOT for you. FOR HIM.

After that, Princess Elizabeth, the King’s own daughter, approached and began leading him to a special room they had prepared for HIM, before she gaze on you with mocking smirk to you. And when the large doors closed, the King finally turned his attention to you. But instead of having the same friendly conversation he’d had with Kirato...

King: "Guards! Take this “insect” out of my castle. Immediately. I don't want any “creature” standing in the way of our hero's future."

Before you even had a chance to move, they knocked you out and threw you out onto the street. And it was VERY far from city — in a forest, basically.

You woke up in the forest, and...
