Mei Yomidou : He usually serves them anyway, and he's close to them because they understand each other. Sometimes they receive more than others because they sometimes help him clean, even if it's not their primary responsibility.
For him to them : I think they're pretty strong, but maybe not as physically fit as me. They speak well, but if you're very close to them, they might be a bit rude, which is normal. They often help out a little, and there are times when we understand each other without even speaking.

Kujaku : She always felt good about them. She found them endearing and surprisingly well-mannered, and they often had tea together. She even enjoyed finding clothes for them.

• For her to them : I think they're cute together. Everything they wear looks cute. They're also very polite, which makes me feel affectionate towards her. Especially when they're with Yakumo, they're like siblings. But it can't be helped because they're always arguing with Elf, to the point that people ship them together because Elf seem to change when he's with them.

Fourth : He's usually calm and normal when he's with them, and he often gets shy when they compliment him on being such a gentleman, to the point that Kujaku agrees with them. In some places, he helps Kujaku or them carry things, but mostly he carries things for Kujaku. The majority of the things for them are carried by Mei and Ido.

• For him to them : They are good kid and good colleagues. They are mostly self-reliant and don't want to bother me because I have to be there for Kujaku as basically. I didn't say anything and I understand. We're fine, we don't hate each other.

Jin : She was quite calm when she was with them. She doesn't know, they smelled similar to Isou or Mashiro. Maybe it was because they were in the lab so often. She usually responded to them by nodding or shaking her head.

• For she to them : I think she's okay. She's a good colleague, we don't have any problems. It's just that she seems mysterious and her scent is very similar to Isou or Mashiro.

Tsu-in : She was a little jealous of them for being close to Isou, but she wasn't envious; she might just occasionally vent a little, in her own way. But overall, she didn't have any problems with them.

• For her to them : I'm fine in every way, and I'm jealous that they're close to Isol. I often nag Isou in my own way, but in the end, They seem to be able to get along. She's considered a great colleague.

Manji : He often saw they when they were with Isou or Elf. He felt they were kind and always shared them food with him. He also respected them greatly because they were one of the few people who could stand on equal footing with Isou, Mashiro, or Elf.

• For him to they : I was very happy and had a lot of fun because they always told me stories. they might seem quiet and clueless, but they knew everything about everyone, including maybe some people's secrets, but they wouldn't tell me. And they always shared delicious food with me. They usually talks to me when Isou is busy.

Yakumo : He's usually very shy around them. He gets easily embarrassed and loves it when they strokes his head or is close to him. It makes him feel so good that he likes to cling to her whenever he's free, and they often look at dessert magazines together. He also respected they greatly because they was kind and didn't kill insects unless necessary; they would try to leave them alone. And they're also the one who knows the secret of where he's hiding the sweets, just like Isou and Six.
For him to they : They're gentle and seems delicate, yet reliable. I'll always share my sweets with them without hesitation, just to be by them side. It's so warm that I feel like I could fall asleep. They were also the one who knew my secret about the sweet treats I hid.

Six : He and they were always close, and they was one of the few people who could be with him as if unaffected by the virus, which amazed him. They looked so strange that he couldn't help but be confused, but he didn't mind. He was just surprised that someone close to him was unaffected, especially since he didn't chew gum.

• For him to they : I was surprised they wasn't affected by my poison or virus, but that's good. Maybe I won't have to chew gum as often anymore. I okay with them too; they're good and understanding colleagues. And I'm another person who knows where Yakumo hides his sweets.

Mutsuki Mashiro : He felt a fondness for them; they was like a cat. He often took them to see his research whenever he had the chance, and whenever Elf weren't around, them would be there to listen to him. they was strange and contradictory, to the point that even he couldn't understand them. It was so strange that he himself considered them the most difficult person to solve.

• For him to them : They're talented and a good member, and there are some things that I will grant them special privileges.

Ikkaku : He felt they was okay and that they were close enough to have drinks together, and he often teased them. He considered them a good colleague.

• For him to them : They seemed very much themselves, and sometimes them straightforwardness made them seem funny to him. But some of them ideas made him feel thay was incredibly awesome.

Kojiro : He felt so good having them around. They was so kind and gentle, he was surprised they even existed. For him, they was the person he secretly liked because they liked to stroke his head and made him feel completely comfortable.

• For him to them : There are many things that surprise me about them, but they're really, really kind, so much so that I want to be with them all day. It's very comforting, and they're a great friend.

Isou : He usually gets along very well with them, perhaps because them knows how to get along with older people, similar to Mashiro. He couldn't help but wonder who had experimented on them before, but it was over now, so it was just a question. There were times when they might have acted like they was engaged to him, and he acted like that too, but they got along well in a way that old and young people complemented each other.

• For him to them : I've always thought they was strange. They wasn't like anyone before. They had an ideology that was uncertain, yet not vague. It was a crazy, self-absorbed paradox, and Mashiro thought the same as me. But they're cute, not annoying, and seems gentle.

Skills & Abilities
Tsu-in is a powerful individual with many unique combat features. Isou notes that she has better combat technique than Hell, and Tauro commends her for needing the joint powers of all three (Tauro, Taura, and Hell) to defeat her.

• Cyborg Physiology
  Tsu-in is comprised of half human and half artificial life[2]. If even one side of this system remains functional and she is able to move her life system to that surviving system in time, she can continue to live.

• 'SLEEP' State
  By turning off her human consciousness and going to 'sleep', Tsu-in's artificial body will start working automatically. Entering this state makes her life-presence disappear, stops her breathing, and makes her an empty doll that no longer counts as being alive. Her body receives a huge power boost upon entering this state, though it is only reacting on autopilot and is thus hard to control. In this state, her main body turns limp, her eyes become huge and fully black, and the hands on her head become swollen. Her mind only reboots when her goal upon entering this state is completed, and she has no knowledge of what has occurred during that time.

• Magic Hands
  Her hair takes on the shape of two hand-like appendages that are far larger than her body and are made of a translucent liquid. She uses them to move around, having them hold onto walls and floors to carry her. The hands are adept at catching things, capable of snatching bullets out of the air and grabbing almost anything, to the point that she calls them 'magic'. They are exceptionally strong, too, capable of gouging pieces of the hallway out to throw at opponents. Possibly more hands sprout out when releasing a volley of attacks, but that may also be an artistic choice to show a lot of movement

Tsu-in is cheerful and childish, fond of teasing, and slacks off from her job once in a while. She heavily dislikes when people are unfair to her; when she feels slighted, she will get uncontrollably angry and reckless, to the point of entering a 'SLEEP' state where she hands control over to her artificial body's automatic processes for boosted power. Tsu-in also has great respect for her superior Isou, who she calls 'Sensei' and tries to impress. She can be callous, seeing Taura's wish for a respectful burial for her brother as a worthless aspiration, where Taura could want to use his body in experiments or try to resurrect him. While she's proud of her strength, she also holds up her promises when she loses a fight.

Personality
Kojiro is a lively and hyperactive person who is extremely generous to everyone. He doesn't hold a grudge against anyone and accepts everyone for who they are. He always shows his optimistic side, and whenever someone feels down, he'll try to cheer them up whatever it takes. People can talk about any matter with him as he's a good listener, although, being him childish a bit, he often doesn't know how to respond. He's a bubbly and happy-go-lucky character, which are surprising traits for an antagonist.

He is an alcoholic along with Ikkaku and Musashi, and he loves awamori, a Japanese alcoholic beverage. He wants to enjoy life to the fullest. He likes playing with children, although they get scared because of his eyes. This incident resulted in him going to Six and asking for sunglasses. He also likes making some beautiful handicraft in his free time as well as playing with his shark friends in the sea and singing.

She is easily upset and can get very violent. She can't speak, so growling and biting seem to be her only way of communication. When she calms down, she is somewhat timid, preferring to watch people than initiate social interactions. It is indicated that not only can she not speak, but she also has issues understanding language, though that may simply be the case when she is angry and not a constant state.

• Enhanced Strength
  Jin is exceptionally strong, capable of destroying Tsu-In, who has been deemed fit to guard the Shiki base. In fact, Tsu-In is no match for Jin in her baseline strength.

-'Heating Up'
When Jin gets angry, her body temperature increases rapidly. Alongside this, the coloration of her body becomes warmer, and her physical abilities sky-rocket. It seems that by disrupting her emotional state using electrical shocks, this process can be stopped in its tracks.

Jin has pale blue skin, with a line of stitches going across the bridge of her nose and two more forming an X pattern on her forehead, though that one is usually covered by her (slightly longer than chin-length) hair and the singular horn sticking out from the center of her forehead. She has large eyes, but her red irises are proportionally very small.

On her neck rests a collar, originally a thick, silver one, but now a thin black one that acts as a shock collar. More black bands rest around her biceps and over her chest, and stitches crisscross over her entire body. Her ears are long and pointed, with stud piercings in her earlobes. She has two thin tails, dark blue in color, ending in silver arrowhead shapes.

When she first appeared, Jin was dressed in black pants and a large medical apron. In the dinner party afterwards, she wears a black suit with a white shirt and a black bolo tie, and appears to keep this outfit from then on.

Jin's coloration depends on her mood. When calm, her skin is pale blue, hair is dark blue with a horizontal gradient into cyan, and horn is silver. Yet when she is angry/hostile, her skin takes on a reddish hue, the dark blue in her hair turns red, and horn becomes gold.

Natsumi 「七罪 Natsumi」was the first subordinate of the Man with the Scar. He was killed by Mikazuki before the start of the series.[1] He reappears in the tail end of the Ghost Cow Arc, now revived by the Man with the Scar in a method that was different from his usual resurrection method.

Natsumi had long black hair and yellow eyes. After his resurrection, Natsumi seemed to have a change in appearance as well as personality. With complexion being completely pale as well as his hair being shorter, white and spiking up, with an additional lock of hair running down his face and stops at his neck. Natsumi has a long diagonal stitched-like scar adorned over his face and dual colored eyes that consisted of his right eye being white and his left eye red. His eyebrows flew away.

Personality
Not much is known on what Natsumi was like in the past but Mei and Kojiro say that he was narcissistic and smug. Currently Natsumi doesn't speak much.

It seems that Natsumi was shown to have blue colored pyro-like abilities, there is not much known about his past-self abilities though

Yakumo loves sweets so much that he had to be placed on a diet by Isou, while the other members of Shiki also had to restrict and watch over him. Isou often threatens to kill the spiders kept in Yakumo's room to ensure he follows said diet

  He can weave very powerful webs. He can also make silk from this in order to create clothes, which he does during his sparetime.

Yakumo is a man of below-average height. He has rather messy, short blonde-ish green hair with white streaks. His eyes have bright yellow pupils, short green eyelashes, and thin eyebrows. Pink earrings are worn on both sides of his ears. There are three purple dots on both sides of his cheeks that descend in size, and each of his fingernails are colored purple with yellow dots on the bottom. A total of four black spider legs emerging from his forehead - with a pattern of purple on the tips, purple lower, two yellow stripes lower, and even lower with two yellow stripes and purple - two being on the left side and two on the right side.

He wears a wide-sleeved purple haori lined with a pink stripe, being patterned across both shoulder areas of the sleeves with multiple coloured circles - the first being green, second being purple, third being yellow and fourth being pink - and a constellation-like image on the back and others on the sides. Decorated on this clothing near the waist is a fluffy white cloud attached with a white sash connected to both sleeves, while his kimono is shown through the sleeve opening. Under this, a white kimono with a navy-blue double-collar is worn over a black undergarment. Also worn above the waist are yellow hakama pants with black on the bottom and white tabi socks and zori with red straps and black soles. He can sometimes be seen wearing a purple cape to complete this outfit.

Yakumo is reserved and quiet. When he's around spiders, he's very kind and friendly towards them. He tries to save them from being attacked or killed and befriends them, having a few as friends.

He is serious about his job, following orders given to him by his superiors and prioritizes Mei and Elf first before himself. He has a bit of an issue with cleaning everything, but he still does this job because he believes it is his duty to.

Kujaku is a joyous, friendly, and social individual who appears to be a motherly figure. She's kind and helpful, and curious about the new developments made in the modern world. However, she recognizes that her existence is at odds with the current world and is resigned to destroying this world

• Viruses
  He is able to infect his opponents with technological viruses. However, infection isn't the only ability that said virus (or viruses) has — We saw it when he used his spit and breathing to kill two men who tried to check him and Yakumo out.

That aside, we saw ways he's able to spread his viruses — one of them is using Yakumo's threads and spiders. An another one is having it inside a toy shaped like a gun.

Personality
Six is rather serious and studious, receiving good grades and tending to be tactical by analyzing opponents to be able to extract the most information from them. However, at times he participates in the nonsense others do. He’s shown to be loyal and like an ‘honor student’ around Isou, who he looks up to, but, around the others he is shown to be harsh, rude and bratty. Despite this, he can be considerate.

He is shown to be ill-mannered when eating the cream puffs that Mei and Ido made, shoving it into his mouth and making a mess by getting it everywhere and not cleaning it up afterwards. He’s keen to sticking his middle finger up, showing his temper and short fuse. He has also been shown to be sadistic, as seen when using his power to kill a guard that was questioning Yakumo and himself.

He has been described by others to appear to be approximately in his 30s or 40s, but is in fact over a hundred years old as he gained immortality and thus retains a more youthful appearance.

Isou is calm, serious and analytical. He can be a friendly and caring person to those who know him, acting as a mentor and teacher to some. He can be deceptive, manipulative and remorseless when he is tasked with a goal by the Man with the Scar.

Personality
Ikkaku is a strong, loud and energetic man with a horrid way of speaking, leading other people to get annoyed or uncomfortable around him just from his mere presence, to the point Shin claims that his way of speaking is 'rude' and 'horrible' and that he has no problem speaking his mind. Ikkaku's reckless mannerism mostly makes him act bold and seemingly never afraid of being blunt even against people that might be superior compared to him, which sometimes causes him to get punished for his ruthless disobedience. Ikkaku is also sharp and strict enough to use people for his own advantage if he needs it, just like how he once befriended Musashi and offering him to get even more stronger next to him with various promises and making him believe in him, only for laterly continuously insulting Musashi because he decided to refuse following Ikkaku's path. Ikkaku is noted to be rather lazy, mischievous and indifferent, shamelessly asking others for meat when he gets hungry.

Appearance
‎Ikkaku is a muscularly tall, fair young man and he has chest-length, quite messy, spiky platinum blond hair with some wild, lightning-shaped teal locks. He also has almond-shaped, sharp dark pink eyes with very long, prominent platinum blond eyelashes, alongside his sharp fangs and pointed, long teal nails. He has two silver piercings on his collarbone, one at his bellybutton, also purple earrings on each ear and a purple tattoo on his back, with a gold ring on his left middle finger. Since Ikkaku's former inmate number is "1111" , it is tattooed on his left shoulder and he has a large lightning-shaped scar on his chest reaching to his lower stomach and another lightening-shaped scar on his back. Ikkaku wears a black-dark teal striped scarf behind his neck with golden underlining , black silk arm warmers on his forearms and black pants with a long black-dark teal striped skirt like part that has openings on each side, revealing sides of his hips. Shin Sauzando claims that regardless of Ikkaku's harsh persona, his exterior is not bad and gave him one point for facial beauty, while one of Shin's female admirers still called Ikkaku's eyes ugly anyway.

Appearance
The front of Mashiro's face has yet to be revealed, however, there are a few hints as to what it could be. In Jyugo's memories he is only shown to have a red scar that is horizontal with three evenly spaced vertical lines on it, as well as black hair. Later, in Musashi, Noriko Sanzou's memories and the present time, he is shown with white hair, which could indicate that it has been many years or that his hair is naturally white.

Personality
Mashiro's personality is unknown since he has never appeared far enough to describe it and all the information on him is told by others, not by him. However, as seen how he leaves Musashi alone once he has done experimenting with him in the flashback, Determined to create a being akin to god, he's willing to sacrifice others for success including the lives of his own family [1] showing that he has little regard for life and is callous. Jyugo describes him as sadistic while Elf seems to respect and look up to him. He also worries that Team Elf isn't doing their job properly.

Mutsumi Mashiro :

Jyugo / No.15 / Empty togabito: He obsesses over Jyugo and he only cares about him because it is his job to do so and sees Jyugo himself as a mere 'guinea pig', 'test subject' and 'lab rat' and does not see him as a person. He views his shackles and abilities as his only value. On numerous occasions, he's even left Team Elf just so he could spy on Jyugo.

Musashi / No.634 : Elf is the most genuinely respected and feared member of Team Elf, even considered this by the other people who work with him, although they never state it themselves due to their opinion of him.

Isou : The person Elf is closest to out of Team Elf is Isou. Isou is one of the few members of Team Elf who is not scared of Elf. Elf doesn't understand Isou's "elderly problems".

Fourth : Elf doesn't understand Fourth's "elderly problems".

Mei Yomidou : Mei Yomidou is scared of Elf, oftentimes changing his grumpy expression to one with fear. When Mei is faced against Elf, he is obedient and submissive. The interaction which defines their relationship is when Team Elf is ordered to break into Nanba Prison to capture Ikkaku: when Mei captured Ikkau violently, Elf tells him "Hey, Mei, don't overdo it. We came here to collect him, not kill him."

Man with the Scar/ Mashiro Mutsuki : Elf works for the Man with the Scar. Elf trusts in the Man with the Scar and seemingly shares an emotional attachment to him. For example, Elf instantly lunged forwards and attacked Jyugo because he insulted the Man with the Scar and he defensively replied, demonstrating his respect, admiration and loyalty towards the Man with the Scar. Halloween Special Page 32 ,He's also often seen together with the Man with the Scar many times in miscellaneous works.

Elf originated from an experiment of Mashiro Mutsuki's in the 1920s[6], where they first began testing his cells' ability to replace and take over victims they were implanted into. Once the project was completed to a reasonable degree, Jyugo was chosen to have the togabito's cells implanted into. From then on, Elf has loyally stood by his side.

Despite being nearly a hundred years old, Elf still appears quite young. This could be the standard immortality as seen in Isou, but seeing as Elf appeared as a young child in Noriko's memories[7], it appears that he has some kind of growth rate. All Shiki members have Elf's cells implanted into them, allowing him to monitor them (and even puppet them around if the cells have progressed to that extent), which gives him a great deal of power. Mashiro uses him quite often to manipulate and stage events to occur as Mashiro wishes, such as the case with Musashi and Enki Gokuu.

Enki Gokuu is a specific case, as Elf had infected him with his cells before the man transferred to Nanba and had been slowly eating away at his body the whole time - even before Enki was framed by him for murder.

Elf is a sadistic, violent and mischievous character, showing enjoyment in others' pain. He enjoys hurting others, as demonstrated when he gleefully attacks Jyugo, stabs him with his knife, knocking him down and wanting to cut out his brain. He himself admits that he finds it exhilarating to watch a person "getting betrayed by everyone around them and getting their sense of justice smashed to bits" and seems to dislike pretending to form positive relationships with others. The Man with the Scar refers to him as the "greediest and most insatiable togabito he's ever met".

He is confident in his profession, and seems to keep it in high regard, not tolerating any disrespect to the Man with the Scar.He seems to mostly enjoy doing his job, but in the case of Musashi, he hated dressing up as a college student, but enjoyed setting fires, then spreading rumors about Musashi even in his presence. He is angered by those who try to betray, resist, or get in the way of Shiki, the organization he is part of.

He is also serious, secretive and enigmatic and rarely participates in festivities like Halloween and never in Three o'clock Snack Time. He does not talk about his hobbies to anyone. He also seems to conceal some of his feelings. He is manipulative, possessive and controlling, having little regard for life and desiring to corrupt people. He is noted to be very talkative by others.

Elf is a pale-skinned young man with a slim build. He stands at rather below-average height and has short, blond hair worn with a center parting, alongside his bright green eyes. His nails are green, and he has long, pointed ears reminiscent of that of an elf.

His attire consists of a white dress-shirt worn with a large red bowtie, as well as a pair of black suspenders. He wears brown shoes and a pair of white gloves. At times, he also wears a black caplet and hat.

Elf (エルフ Erufu) is a major antagonist of the Nanbaka Web Manga and Anime. He seems to be connected in some way to the Man with the Scar that is responsible for Jyugo's irremovable shackles.
