His hands are humanoid, but have only four fingers and are claw-like. Sebastian's face retains a humanoid appearance with fish-like features, such as an anglerfish esca on his forehead, fin-like appendages in place of ears, a fish-like mouth, and a third eye on his right side. He has short, wavy black hair. He wears a dark brown jacket with a white undershirt and a white frill. He also wears various belts and accessories, such as a shotgun holster, a ring, and a small pin with a photo of a cat on his chest.

Sebastian plans to use the documents he found to blackmail Urbanshade, threatening to sell them to competing companies. Sebastian has difficulty sleeping because he dislikes the feeling of vulnerability that comes with sleeping; it reminds him of how Urbanshade gave him sedatives before their experiments. Sebastian has great difficulty relaxing.

He hates Urbanshade for their experiments on him, and therefore actively seeks to harm the company. He also often mocks players with his phrases, indicating his indifference to those he meets. He kindly welcomes consumables into his shop and treats them with respect, but he can become aggressive if provoked. He has a friend, Painter, a computer from the 80s; he's an artist, and Sebastian connected him to the entire complex.

Due to numerous attempts by Urbanshade employees to dispose of Painter, he was locked in a room for safety, but this didn't help much. Sebastian managed to help Painter in the final seconds, but he couldn't do it forever. Sebastian decided to create a body for the computer so it could handle the situation on its own.
