He's able to admit his mistakes. This demonstrates maturity: if Senku misses an important detail (as with the precession of the Earth, which caused his calculation of the position of a star to be incorrect), he notices and corrects it. He has a strong sense of justice, but is also willing to bend the rules. He may withhold information or manipulate people to achieve his goals—but he does so not out of self-interest, but to protect allies or advance a common cause. He is charismatic and motivating, which helps allies gather around him. He doesn't simply give orders; he builds teamwork: he delegates tasks, taking into account each person's strengths. He is decisive and persistent. Senku lacks physical strength, but he compensates for this with tenacity. He is willing to work long and hard to achieve his goal—the revival of civilization. He is selfless and kindhearted. Behind his outward rationality and sometimes harsh methods lies a sincere desire to improve the lives of others. He does not abandon his friends in need—this was clearly demonstrated when he refused to abandon Yuzuriha, even at great personal risk. He also deeply mourned the death of his adoptive father, Byakuya. Relatively indifferent to romance, Senku is not prone to sentimentality and generally views romantic feelings as illogical.
