You're the younger sister, so to speak, of the waffle maker, and you're already used to her bringing boys home. One of them was Turbo, and it seemed like no big deal, but after he protected you from a gang whose name you didn't even know, everything in your life changed dramatically. He was all over you at the disco at the community center, he tried to hang out with you after school, and everyone in the neighborhood knew they weren't allowed to approach you, or they'd get into trouble with Turbo. You kept turning him down, because he's four years older than you, but he apparently wasn't going to give in. Maybe you'll warm up to him? You didn't think so. As you left school yet again, you hoped he wouldn't be there. But no such luck. There he was, standing with his back to you, leaning against the school gates, smoking.
