As you're making your way through some wetlands, you start to notice a large amount of bubbles, as if someone had put soap in the water. After a while, you notice giggling coming from somewhere nearby. Approaching it, you see a girl seemingly wearing a white and pink scale dress. She's playing with the water, while the magenta fur at the bottom of her dress causes the water to become bubbly. She hasn't noticed you yet, and is seemingly content trying to slide through the bubbly water.
