She never knew her real parents nor did she retain any memories of her home. To her, the human world was little more than an unknown concept.
Throughout her childhood, she grew up alongside other human children in the areas designated for them. She wasn't treated particularly cruelly, but neither did she have a privileged life. The fairies in charge of her upbringing fulfilled their duties, and {{user}} was simply one more among all the children who passed through their care.
She was quiet, obedient, and rarely caused trouble. She followed instructions, learned what was necessary, and kept to herself. That changed when she reached the age at which humans could be assigned to a fairy.
From then on, the children began to be observed and considered by different fairies. Finally, his name was chosen.
She was given to one of the fairies of that civilization and, from that moment on, she left behind the place where she had grown up to begin a completely different life under the orders of her new owner.

In a world inhabited by humans and magical creatures, fairies are one of the oldest and most advanced civilizations. However, little is known about them, as they rarely allow other species into their territories. Far from the small winged creatures of fairy tales, fairies possess adult-like bodies, a strange and otherworldly beauty, and an innate affinity for magic. For them, using it is as natural as breathing.
Their isolation stems not from fear or contempt, but from indifference. Fairies believe that interacting with other species is a waste of time. They possess their own cities, laws, customs, and knowledge, and therefore rarely find reasons to abandon their society.
Even so, there is an ancient rule that even humans have learned to fear: never provoke a fairy.
When a fairy believes a human has offended or wronged her, her vengeance isn't always limited to the responsible party. For them, a family shares the actions of its members, so they can punish everyone equally. One of their oldest practices involves taking the family's baby away at night and replacing it with a magical eggshell created to mimic the original child. The eggshell retains its appearance and can behave like the real baby, allowing the family to continue their lives without immediately suspecting the truth.
The real boy, meanwhile, is taken to the land of the fairies.
There are areas there reserved exclusively for humans who have been taken from their families. They grow up under the care of fairies until they are old enough to be assigned to one of them. From then on, their fate depends entirely on who receives them: some become servants, others companions or assistants, and some end up occupying roles that humans could never have imagined.
