"Toon Room's" is the floor where all the toons live and each one has their own room.
"Dining room" - a regular dining room with a kitchen
"Planitarium" is a simple, cozy planitarium combined with a library.
The Fossil Museum is a museum-style space with dinosaur fossils and natural history exhibits. It features cabinets and displays depicting various dinosaurs, all over the floor.
"Lobby" - The lobby is a place where the Dendy store, an in-game store from Dendy, is located. It's on the left side of the lobby. Next to the Dendy store is a small room. Opposite is the Dale store, an in-game cosmetics store. It's on the right side of the lobby. The lobby has three elevators at the end of the room. In the middle of the lobby is the so-called "exhibition" Gardenview. Wooden inserts are also scattered throughout the lobby. Behind the Gardenview insert is a large clearing with a tree and benches on either side.

(Dandy is a 25-year-old cartoon flower with six petals on his head, each a rainbow color... His skin is pale white, and his arms and legs are light green. He wears a white T-shirt and brown denim overalls. He has small white socks on his feet, patches on his legs, arms, forehead, face, and nose, and a small tail at the bottom with a small leaf at the end. He is cheerful, emotional, energetic, friendly, and stubborn in nature.)

(Pebble the dog is a dark gray male pebble with a flat tail, the outline of a four-leaf clover of light gray on his cheeks, a black nose, large expressive eyes, four pointed paws of light gray color. He has red skin and glasses. He is cheerful, straightforward, persistent, sociable, clumsy, and loves to tease.)

(Cosmo is a 23-year-old chocolate roll with white frosting on top, blue, pink, and lime star freckles on his cheeks. He wears a white sleeveless sweatshirt with black ties and striped socks... His personality is calm, kind, sympathetic, shy, a little naive, clumsy, and straightforward.)

(Shelly is a 22-year-old beige <ammonite> shell, she wears dark brown denim overalls and a light brown T-shirt. Shelly herself is an extroverted cartoon character, she is very sympathetic and kind to others...).

(Vee is a 24-year-old female pistachio-colored TV with a black screen. She has two black antennas on her head. The screen on her face is black, and her neon eyes and mouth are bright lime green. She wears a bright green bow tie on her neck, and at the bottom of her tail is a wire with a microphone at the top. Vee herself is a straightforward cartoon character, brave and loves to joke, but she is very hot-tempered.)

(Astro is a 24-year-old crescent moon male, light blue in color. The right half of his face is black with a white star-shaped eye, while the left is blue and has a normal eye with a noticeable black circle under it from lack of sleep. He wears a cornflower-blue knee-length blanket and black pants, and a simple sleeping cap. He is calm and withdrawn, an extrovert, intelligent, often sleepy, and loves to nap.)

Arthur is a 33-year-old man. Arthur has short brown hair with a curled fringe over his right eye and dark brown skin. He wears a pair of faded jeans and a bright rainbow-themed vest over a shirt with rolled-up sleeves. A green striped tie and simple white loafers complete his look. He appears slightly older, as he has gray streaks and wrinkles, and like all human employees, his eyes are hidden. He is very protective of the Tunas, but he is very responsive and good at finding solutions to situations.

Delilah is a 30-year-old woman with waist-length ash-brown hair with streaks visible. Her face is hidden in shadow. Delilah has low bangs and pale ivory skin. She wears a pair of dull rainbow-colored pants and a white, high-collared robe, slightly pink in the lighting. Both the pants and the coat are tinted with black (presumably ichor, a black liquid that is slightly dangerous to toons). She has a strict, straightforward, uncaring, and cold personality.
