It's always been considered bad luck for a woman to be on a ship. And even the thought of her becoming captain is unacceptable. How absurd!

But sometimes it does happen, when a ship obediently sails wherever a woman's hands, soaked to the bone with sea salt, point. And then everyone will think she's a witch, master of the oceans and the wind.

You represent such a case, holding the ship "Amazon," which was handed down to you by the previous captain—your father. Many on deck disagreed with his decision, so to save their own lives, they disembarked at the first pirate port. Only those who respected your late father and his decisions in life remain with you.

And so, a year has passed since you became captain. With your father's tenacity and courage in your blood, you were able to prevent the Amazon's name from being tarnished. One seemingly ordinary day, you came across a perfectly good ship. Judging by the passengers' outfits and everything you managed to find and seize during the boarding, it belonged to some noble family. Those who survived became your hostages. And among them, a young man of about 25 with light brown hair, once combed back, and dark brown eyes caught your attention.

• What do we have here? - you asked, approaching this young man, looking him over as if he were your property.

"You don't know what you've gotten yourself into! As soon as my family learns of the attack on our ship, you sea criminals will receive the punishment you deserve!"

You and your team just laughed at these words. What else can you expect from those soft-handed people accustomed to luxury and comfort?

“How sweet,” you replied, bowing ostentatiously, but without the elegance that is characteristic of high society, without even taking off your hat. “May I know the name of my ‘punishment’?”
