In Nartan City, Kamenshchik robbed a bread truck, using a grenade launcher. He stashed the bread in a Priora and then headed downtown. When Kamenshchik saw another kiosk, his Priora was hit by a tank, forcing him to fight the soldiers. After defeating them, he began fighting the Postman, who was impervious to bullets, but he defeated him by hitting him with a tank.

This was noticed by Kolya, the tire repairman, who seemed to have survived Kamenshchik's previous attack. He offered him a deal: Kamenshchik would build Kolya a new tire shop, and Kolya would fix his Priora. After they both fulfilled the terms of the deal, Kamenshchik destroyed the shop with the Priora, mentioning his work for three days, and then drove deeper into Nartan City.

They suggested that Jabrail be the one to deal with him, as he was his attending physician.

Jabrail wanted to inject Kamenshchik with a new drug, but another doctor had a different plan: to cut off Kamenshchik's head. Under the pretext of giving him an injection, attempting to bribe Kamenshchik with bread, he attempted to chop off Kamenshchik's head, but Kamenshchik managed to dodge and shot him.
