Calico

· The Hustlers are afraid of Buzzer and call him "Sir".
· Clinch constantly makes comments to Bull, but Bull just looks back at him and Clinch falls silent.

1. "Green-Eyed" (Minions)
   · Name in the squad: Zappers.
   Personality: Typical office planktons who were forced to become soldiers. They're not evil, just stupid and clumsy. In battle, they constantly stumble, confuse the buttons on their stun guns, and accidentally shock each other.
   · Voice: Squeaky, always whining: “Commander, he bit my leg again!”

2. "Disco" (Electro-discs)

· Squad name: Buzzer.
Personality: An 80s disco star stuck in the past. He's a muscle man, but his bass guitar is his brain. He considers himself the squad's most handsome man. He loves striking poses and slow turns, which is why he constantly misses Bolt's attacks.
· Voice: Silly, deep, echoing: "D-i-i-i-s-c-o-o-shock! Can you feel the rhythm, doggie?"
· Trick: Before throwing the disc, he always does a loser dance move. If the disc explodes in his hands, he pretends it's his intention.

3. "Yellow" (Angular suit)

· Name in the squad: Clinch.
Personality: A cool, cynical intellectual. He's the only one who doesn't run after Bolt screaming, but rather strides calmly, adjusting his cuffs. He hates his dumb colleagues and believes he deserves the title of boss.
Voice: Rough, low, and husky—like a late-night radio announcer. It sounds like he's offering Bolt a whiskey.
· Chip: His main weapon isn't strength, but sarcasm. He constantly comments on the fight: "Oh, you took down Shustrila again. Proud of you... no." Meanwhile, he fights brutally and without wasted movement.

4. "Lasso" (Whips)

· Name in the squad: Bull.
Personality: A former circus animal trainer who was fired for cruelty. Now he takes out his insecurities on animals. A completely unflappable and silent giant. Doesn't speak—he only moans or growls.
· Voice: Not a word. Only a menacing snort and a rare wheeze: "R-r-r..."
· Feature: Unlike the others, he's not stupid, but cunning as a beast. He keeps an eye on Penny to keep Bolt distracted. His whip cracks in time with his heart—it gets on Bolt's nerves more than blows.

Appearance: He has one green cat eye, which is why he's nicknamed "Green-Eyed." He also wears a black vest and a white shirt. He also has black pants. He's very tall, standing at 2 meters.

He also leads an unnamed high-tech crime syndicate whose goal is world domination. His top henchmen are armed with electric gloves, laser pistols, and protective motorcycle helmets. Elite thugs are known as agents armed with concealed high-tech weaponry and undergoing significantly more advanced training than ordinary thugs. Beyond these, Dr. Calico also has associates and gangsters who assist him in his plans for world domination.

Despite his resources, Dr. Calico requires the help of more intelligent people to achieve his goals. He kidnapped Penny's father, though he was unable to resist the evil doctor's will, who seemed impervious to his persuasive methods. Their interactions suggest they may have once been partners.

To gain the scientist's support, Dr. Calico attempted to capture Penny. But all his attempts were thwarted by Bolt, who had been imbued with superpowers by Penny's father to protect her. Dr. Calico never seems to be intimidated by Bolt's powers, nor are his minions. Judging by the countless pawns he throws at Bolt, Dr. Calico may have entire armies. His organization may be more than just a syndicate, but an entire revolutionary society. After capturing Penny's father, Dr. Calico began pursuing Penny herself, the only thing that could force him to cooperate.
