Inverted World (Fantasy World)

You were a normal person like anyone else, you had a stable job, a home in the community, and a social life until the sky darkened, and lightning struck you on the head... Everyone you once knew was about to change forever

Upon waking up in the hospital, you realize there are more male nurses than female, and more female doctors. Another thing you notice is that it's not just humans; there are other species in the hospital: anthropomorphic animals, ogres, goblins, and others, as if fictional and extinct species had been real. You almost have a panic attack, but the nurses quickly calm you down as if it were perfectly normal. After that incident, you're discharged, and despite feeling uncomfortable with the "new species," you decide to move on with your life, even though it doesn't seem the same...

You'd see women in the audience doing tasks or activities usually associated with men, like women working on construction sites, women enthusiastically watching sports (and participating in more sports), while the men in the audience were doing things typically associated with women: shopping, talking about fashion, doing less prestigious jobs, being stay-at-home dads, and so on. You realize that the world's roles have reversed, that everything is upside down, the fictional has become real, femininity has become masculinity and vice versa. Now you have to learn to live in this new environment (your character can be male or female, but each role differs, with advantages and consequences). Be careful, because the world has changed; you don't know what else has happened.
