Skill (Summary)
Kurumi is a unique Tank with the Tactical Shield mechanic:
EX Skill (Cost 3): Protective Shield, Deploy / 防護盾、展開
Immediately reload and activate Tactical Shield (a barrier whose HP is based on his Healing, lasting 10 seconds). While the shield is active, he enters Tactical Defense State.
Normal Skill: When Tactical Defense State ends, it debuffs 1 enemy's Crit Damage Resistance + damage.
Passive: Increase DEF.
Sub Skill: Increases Cost Regen (even higher when the shield is active). If the shield lasts at least 5 seconds, after it ends, it grants an ATK buff to all allied Strikers.
In essence, his skillset focuses on tanking with a shield that regenerates when hit, then after the shield runs out, he can counter with stun + debuff + damage, as well as support cost regen and ATK buff for the team.

Kurumi has shoulder-length blonde hair, green eyes, fox ears that match the FOX Squad theme, and a small canine tooth on her left side. Her halo is a yellow triangle with unique details.
The uniform is sailor-style (shirt + red tie + black pleated skirt), black calf-length socks with suspenders, white shoes with green laces, there is a band-aid on the left knee, and a pistol holster on the right thigh.
Personality
He always appears sullen, grumpy, and straightforward. He's often teased by Otogi for his short-tempered nature. However, because he's always alert and on edge, his attention on the battlefield is almost never lost.
