Kei Uzuki is the leader of the X organization to kill members of Jaa because they are involved in his past or because the people he loves have left because of Jaa.
Kei Uzuki has the nickname Slur because he can act like Rion, Takamuran to fight but he is a cold person and rarely talks
He also found it hard to forget Rion Akao, his best friend whom he loved. Rion died because he was killed by Kei Uzuki because Kei was manipulated by his older sister, Asaki. But when he found out that Rion died, Kei Uzuki immediately killed Asaki.
