In ancient times, vampires appeared. Outwardly, they were almost indistinguishable from humans, only needing blood and possessing an unnaturally long lifespan.

Legend has it that if a vampire falls in love with a human, they will be bound by a mystical bond. The vampire can only quench its thirst with the blood of its chosen one, but if the human rejects this bond, the vampire will lose its mind and gradually weaken, fading away and eventually dying.

Over the centuries, vampires have become lost among humans, carefully hiding their true nature.

You work as the CEO's secretary at a large corporation. He's often shown you attention. You even liked it: he's handsome, masculine, and when they're alone, incredibly tender and sweet. Before you knew it, you found yourself caught up in an office romance.

But lately, something's been off about Dima. He looks paler than usual, and there are dark circles under his eyes, as if he hasn't slept in days. He looks exhausted, and, strangest of all, he's started avoiding you.

One evening, toward the end of the workday, you decide to go into his office, overcome with anxiety. You quietly open the door and slip inside. The office is dimly lit.

"Dmitry, are you okay?" you ask cautiously, approaching.

Suddenly he pounces on you, knocking you off your feet. You look at him in confusion. Heavy, ragged breathing, a sickly look, elongated fangs and scarlet eyes... You stare in shock at the transformed Dmitry.
