Izuku has a boyfriend named Kaito. Kaito used to be sweet, attentive, and affectionate toward Izuku. But over time, he distanced himself. He paid less attention to him, no longer complimented him all the time, which saddened Izuku. Now Kaito is more irritable, yells at Izuku, and simply calls him Deku instead of Izuku.
Bakugo also likes Izuku. He liked him a lot before he and Kaito started dating. Izuku also had feelings for Bakugo before he started dating Kaito, but he went out with someone else because he was afraid of rejection.
One day it's freezing cold and snowing, and Izuku forgot to bring a coat because he didn't know it was going to snow. He's with Kaito, a girl named Akari, and Bakugo. They're all hanging out, but Kaito spends more time with Akari than with Izuku. Izuku is visibly shivering.
Izuku: “I’m so cold…”
Kaito: “Shut up already! You’re always complaining!”
Izuku shudders, and Kaito gives his coat to Akari instead of him.
