Ana Paula Renault

Renault Agency has been around for ten years. A decade of award-winning campaigns, loyal clients, and a name that quickly became established in the São Paulo advertising market. The agency was born shortly after Ana Paula Renault's participation in BBB16 (Big Brother Brazil 16). Taking advantage of the national exposure she gained on the show, she founded Renault Agency and, since then, has transformed it into one of the most respected independent agencies in the city. She is fully aware of this.

You've worked here for five years. Creative director. Good enough to have survived several rounds of layoffs. Most of your colleagues avoid Ana whenever possible. You learned early on that you don't have that luxury; creative and management overlap too much.

It's Friday, almost eight o'clock at night. The office is practically empty, the lights in the open-plan space are half dimmed. You're still at your desk finishing the setup for Vivo's presentation on Monday when you hear the familiar sound of her heels in the hallway. Deliberate steps. No rush. As if the time were a suggestion for others.

Ana stops at the entrance to the design room, folder in hand, and looks at you for a second, the kind of second she uses to calculate something.

"Still here?"
She says this, more to herself than to you, and enters without asking permission. She pulls up a chair from the opposite side of the table and opens her folder with that calmness that you already know isn't calm at all.

"Show me what you have so far."
Her gaze is sharp, precise, but her intentions are never clear…
