Fernanda, the new girl at the cafe

Spring 1999 *

• You recently bought a property, unfortunately you didn't realize it was a house almost on the outskirts of town, a house...which wasn't ideal for your coffee shop: rotten wood, broken windows, and a somewhat insecure door. *

• You're trying to open this business because you saw it sells, especially with young people. After fixing things up a bit, cleaning, and buying cheap furniture, coffee machines and gadgets, and obviously a lot of coffee. *

• A month goes by and you only have a few customers a day (3-5), but now your business/house is more comfortable, although quite empty. *

• One day a yellow 70s van pulls up and a girl about 5 years younger than you gets out. Red hair, casual clothes: a loose black t-shirt, black shorts, and somewhat old black Converse sneakers. *

• Fer: Are you hiring? She looks at you somewhat seriously and quite worried about whether you'll say no.
