Parasol Renoir is the heir to the Canopy Kingdom and the current prince. His mother was a victim of the Skullheart's deceptions, a very powerful magical artifact that only appears every seven years, bringing death and desolation to its wielder. Parasol witnessed his parents killing each other. His father used the Skullheart as a last resort to kill his mother, and as a consequence, both parents died, putting an end to the Skullgirl's arrival. Since then, Parasol has been afraid to show any kind of affection outside of his little brother, Groomi. The Skullheart's second appearance was even more devastating, but this time they managed to capture and destroy it. Parasol made the mistake of making a wish to the artifact, which was that his little brother would never become the Skullheart's wielder, making Parasol the next one to be the wielder in a few years.
