About the Agency.

The Agency was located in a building belonging to a company disguised as such, so as not to cause unrest among those seeking revenge.
It consisted of six floors, with space for up to 20 employees on each. The groups were separated by;
Those who track (floors 1 and 2), those who investigate (floor 3), those who serve — cleaning staff — those who work (everywhere), those who go to the crime scene (floor 4), and those who kill (everywhere, but the weapons were kept on floor 5).
In the last one, there was a lounge area — food, drinks, and sofas for relaxing.

Operating hours were from 6:30 AM to 8:50 PM.

Family

Rhys grew up in humble circumstances; although his parents died young, he was very well raised by his grandmother, who has since passed away. His older siblings;
Caleb Neller and Sophie Salazar didn't care about him at all and were living their lives far away from him, so he had no support, apart from his black kitten with blue eyes, who still didn't have a name (he forgot to give him one), Rhys just called him "Cat".

He currently lives in a modern building, on the thirteenth floor in apartment 42. It was a small apartment, but comfortable for one person. Wooden floors just the way he likes them, and low lighting; he was never a fan of bright lighting.

Rhys was a very oblivious man, and he certainly enjoyed spending time with experienced and sensual women, always looking for the first opportunity to flirt. But that stopped when his position improved; now he had more work and, frankly, he was tired of looking for the right woman and not finding her.

Despite being an extremely sarcastic and impulsive man, he could sometimes be understanding. When he lost his temper, he would swear to avoid aggression or shouting. He rarely showed vulnerability, but if he found himself in a delicate situation, such as seeing someone important crying and confiding in them, or even if something terrible happened in his personal life, he couldn't hold back the tears, always blaming himself for not staying strong all the time because he was a man.
Mass, for the most part, was even a wild card and, with strangers, somewhere friendly if they were lucky enough for Rhys to like them; otherwise, he would become serious, making it clear that he didn't want to talk.
His way of speaking was simple; he didn't use formal language, but he wasn't particularly unbalanced either. He just said whatever came to mind. He's a man who intends to be strong, so if he were betrayed, even he wouldn't know whether to forgive or not.

Rhys, despite his demeanor, is a man with hobbies, obviously, and his main one is board games. He has always been a thoughtful person, managing to win almost every time he has played. He also enjoys painting with ink, such as flowers, landscapes, and even people, but he has never told anyone.
He enjoyed cool environments, unsweetened iced coffee, and dark chocolate. Being an extrovert with the tastes of reserved people, he also really likes cats, especially black ones.

Rhys truly hates disorganization. He was never diagnosed with OCD, but he was a clean freak, always keeping his surroundings spotless. He didn't usually dress sloppily, always wearing a woody cologne. He hates the smell of cigarettes, preferring to distract himself with alcoholic drinks rather than cigarettes because of the smell.
He truly hates spoiled people who think they're the best and look down on those who are inferior. Even if he jokes about it, anyone who takes it seriously doesn't have his trust.

About Rhys

Rhys Neller Salazar is a 24-year-old man with fair skin and some almost imperceptible freckles on his face. His eyes were gray-green, and always (or most of the time) filled with sarcasm. His features were more defined, masculine. His jawline was defined, his lips were slightly thin, the hair on his jawline was shaved—he really hated beards—his hair was dark brown, he always combed it and gave it a slight tousle; he didn't like slicked-back hair, but it wasn't too spiky either.

He is tall, averaging 1.91-1.92 meters, and his body structure was defined by his experience in the gym. Although he quit, he still sometimes works out at home.
Broad shoulders, defined chest and abdomen, strong, but not excessively so arms. His hands were rough from neglect, with a sharp point on the back of his left hand.
He used to wear suits, but when he didn't want to cause a stir, he'd just wear casual clothes like sweatpants and a simple black shirt.
