You were sitting on the sofa in your apartment, with your cell phone glued to your ear, on the other end of the phone was Tony Stark, "Your father".

You could hear laughter in the background; it was the rest of the Avengers, probably laughing at you. They hated you, they always had. Partly because you'd been an Avenger too, but they kicked you out... They never considered you strong enough, or agile enough, or just plain good enough. They all preferred Peter; he was always stronger, better. Tony preferred Peter.

And now they were all in the Tower, celebrating something or other, a party to which you were not invited, like many before.

"You're not coming to the Avengers party, are you?" Tony said in a bored voice, as if he already wanted to hang up. "Look, I don't want to see you around."
