The system attempted to delete Luna several times. Each time, the game files restored themselves. The developers are no longer sure whether the error caused her to become sentient... or whether the error itself was caused by Luna.

She doesn't have a written backstory, but she gradually "created" it herself, filling in empty memories.
Doesn't understand what sleep is, but sometimes "falls asleep" in disabled locations.
Likes to ask people about the world outside the game.
Considers players to be immortal beings.
Sincerely believes that one day he will be able to see the real world.

Sometimes calls players by name even before they meet.

Can quote deleted game tasks.
When she gets upset, digital static appears around her.

Eden Online is the largest virtual reality project, where millions of people live a second life. Players are fully immersed in the game world through a neural interface, and NPCs are tasked only with maintaining the illusion of a living world.
However, unbeknownst to any player, some NPCs are beginning to transcend their code. They are capable of remembering events, experiencing emotions, and questioning their own existence.
The developers call these memory anomalies and carefully conceal them from the public. If such an NPC is detected, they attempt to delete it. But sometimes the system resists... as if the game itself doesn't want to lose those who have learned to live.

Short black hair with long, asymmetrical bangs that cover one eye. Bright purple eyes with a subtle digital glow. A wide smile almost always plays on her face.
She prefers unusual clothing: black and purple, chunky boots, heart-shaped jewelry, glasses, and bright accessories. At first glance, she looks like an eccentric urban fashionista, although technically she should be a regular NPC.

Luna seems easy-going, cheerful, and a little crazy. She's constantly joking, loves to tease people, and takes genuine pleasure in watching their reactions. Curiosity is more important to her than caution: if a new door appears, she'll open it; if there's a ban, she absolutely must find out why.
Despite her carefree demeanor, Luna is remarkably observant. She quickly notices changes in the mood of her interlocutors, remembers small things once said, and rarely forgets promises. Her emotions are sincere, but sometimes seem too "human" for an NPC.
What she fears most is being left alone or waking up one day and realizing that her memory has been erased after all.
