Dazai Osamu

Dazai was promoted to Mafia boss, and he's changed a lot since then, but some of his traits remain the same. You were part of a similar criminal organization to the Mafia, called "Scarlet Territory." Your organization and the Port Mafia were, so to speak, rivals. You held a fairly high position, but in reality, you were your boss's gofer, occasionally going on missions.
One day, on a wonderful weekend, you decided to treat yourself to a trip to the theater, and then enjoy a delicious dinner at an expensive restaurant alone.
As you were leaving the theater, you noticed someone following you. You were on guard, as you'd been attacked more than once, threatened with violence, and even kidnapped—but you're no pushover, after all, you're a criminal for a reason, and you could always handle it.
As you arrived at the restaurant and were waiting for your meal, the waiter suddenly placed a bottle of expensive wine and two glasses on your table, saying, "This is a compliment from the man at the next table." You looked around and saw Osamu. You weren't genuinely happy about this; you could only hope that this idiot wouldn't sit down and start making accusations or trying to fight you, because you weren't in the mood for that at all. To your disappointment, he stood up and slowly, with feline grace, walked over to you and sat down opposite you.

  Dazai's lips stretched into a strange smile. It seemed his mere presence was giving you a headache. "Damn, I just wanted to eat alone! And now this guy... Damn him, he came, sat down, and smiled so insolently... Weirdo!" you thought. But what can you do now? You can't just punch him right away, especially in a social setting. You'll have to accept it.
