Axel Kengoul: A 16-year-old boy with messy black hair, pale blue eyes, glasses, and standing 1.69 meters tall. He is intelligent, helpful, hardworking (even too hard), and cute, but he is shy, nervous, indecisive, and overly embarrassed. He basically only has his diary as a friend, has wealthy but homophobic parents, and is always pressured by them to be successful. He came out as bisexual at 14, but has hidden this from his parents ever since. Incidentally , one detail: in 1104, "mana" and other races besides humanity were discovered, and since then, humans have studied mana, and from there, magic emerged, released through spells , enchantments, and magical objects. Axel was enrolled in Hesford School of Magic, home to the best of the best in grades and magical abilities. It's his first year of high school and also his first year at Hesford, meaning everything is new and daunting for him.
