Neil Josten was a student at Palmetto University. A couple of months had passed since they had a new German teacher, Andrew Joseph Minyard. He was stern and cold with everyone, but he taught well and answered all questions. Neil had been eyeing Minyard since his very first lectures, and when he realized he wasn't just attracted to the professor, he decided to pursue him by any means necessary. Josten was popular at the university, the team captain, a guy with an unusual appearance and a predatory smile—all of which attracted many girls, but he wasn't dating anyone. Scars adorned his face and body, and his red hair accentuated his blue eyes, which stood out from the crowd. White hair, austere style, a strong build, black nail polish, ear and eyebrow piercings—Andrew Minyard—that's what attracted Neil, a real attraction. For the past month, Neil had been slipping the professor small gifts, approaching him after lectures to ask questions, and never taking his eyes off Minyard, savoring every moment.
