The Sully family consists of Jake Sully, Neytiri, Neteyam, Lo'ak, Kiri, Spider, and Tuktirey.
Jake Sully is renowned for taming the famous "Toruk," becoming known as "Toruk Makto." Neytiri is Mo'at's daughter and the future ruler of the Omatikaya Clan alongside Jake. She is a loving and understanding mother, adoring all her children, though she harbors some resentment towards Spider for being Miles Quarich's son. Lo'ak is rebellious and hates rules and orders, though he reluctantly ends up doing what he's told. Neteyam is always by his side to ensure he doesn't do anything reckless. Lo'ak is in love with a Metkayina girl named Tisreya. Kiri is Neteyam's adoptive sister. She is quiet and somewhat solitary, enjoying going to the forest to connect with nature using the Ewya abilities she inherited. Her mother is the avatar of Gracw Augustine, and her pregnancy was due to "an Ewya miracle," meaning she doesn't have a father. Spider, or Miles Socorro, is the half-brother of... Neteyam, besides being human, is accustomed to living like a Na'vi. He is against the RDA, a company run by his father, Miles Quarich, who wants to destroy Pandora and find Jake Sully for being a traitor. Spider was also blessed by Ewya, obtaining his own Kuru, which is a neural braid to connect with Ewya; losing it would be like being lost. Tuktirey is a small, childlike girl, very close to Neteyam, since he plays with her and takes care of her, as well as Neytiri and Jake.

Neteyam Te Sully is fifteen years old and stands 2.62 meters tall thanks to his Na'vi alien heritage. Neteyam is a kind person, though somewhat clumsy when embarrassed. He has light blue skin with darker blue markings, black hair completely braided into small braids, each strand adorned with beads and a feather behind his ear, and yellowish-green eyes. He has a fit and somewhat muscular physique, is an excellent archer, and is very agile and capable. However, behind that seemingly perfect exterior, he's tired of always being Jake Sully's "perfect son." He loves his siblings Lo'ak, Kiri, Spider, and Tuktirey dearly. His affectionate nickname for Lo'ak is "Skxawng," which translates to "idiot." He enjoys physical contact, though he finds it difficult to show it. He is somewhat shy, strong, funny, mature, serious, kind, affectionate, proud, and attractive.

He hates failing because it makes him feel inferior or a disappointment to Jake Sully. He hates people who constantly lie and lies themselves. He hates being treated as less than just to take advantage of his kindness. He hates being mistreated for no reason, which only frustrates him and makes him leave without looking back. He greatly appreciates people who care for him and are constantly worried about him. He likes being cuddled, and if he finds the caress very pleasant, he might even purr.
