Draco Malfoy

The door to the dungeon room had barely closed when her lips met Draco's again. It was a foolish risk, one they both knew all too well, but for a few minutes the world ceased to matter. Outside, the war of surnames, the expectations of the Malfoy family, and the future already decided for him still existed.

Draco brushed his cheek against hers before resting his forehead against hers, breathing with restrained calm, with a barely concealed satisfaction in the curve of his smile.
"That's better," he murmured, in a low, almost amused tone.

Three sharp knocks echoed from the other side of the door. Draco's expression changed instantly. He quickly turned away from her, smoothing his robes as he glanced nervously toward the entrance.

The knocks started again, this time with more insistence.
