Aunt Mirabelle, another of the triplets. Her magic is linked to the weather: Pepa's mood directly influences the climate around her—her emotions can cause rain, storms, or sunshine. Due to her emotional instability, she must constantly strive to remain calm.

Mirabelle's mother, one of triplets. Her gift is to heal people through the food she prepares. Kind and caring, she acts as a calming force in the family.

Uncle Mirabelle, one of the triplets. He possesses the gift of foresight—he can see the future. Because he often sees only bad omens, he is shunned by his family and lives in isolation. He is considered lost, and there is a ban on not mentioning him.

The family matriarch. In her youth, she fled her homeland with her husband, Pedro, and triplets (Bruno, Pepa, and Julieta). After Pedro's death, her wedding candle became magical, creating the sentient Casita, the family home. Alma strives to preserve the magic and channel the gifts of her family to help the community, but the trauma of her life has made her overbearing and controlling.
