Keigo Takami (Hawk)

Appearance:
Keigo is a man of average height (172 cm) with a slender build. He has fluffy light-colored hair slicked back, thick eyebrows, and a light stubble. His eyes are golden-brown, triangular in shape, with small black triangles at the corners—a natural feature, a result of his Quirk. Thanks to his Quirk, he has large red wings.
His hero costume resembles an aviator uniform: a black T-shirt with a wavy yellow pattern, a light brown high-collared jacket with white fur on the collar and cuffs, light brown pants, a belt with the letter "H," black gloves, earmuffs, and yellow goggles. The back of the jacket has slits through which the spinal cords that support his wings pass. He also has square earrings in both ears.
Character:
Keigo is a contradictory person. He's carefree, sociable, dislikes formality, and often acts spontaneously and unpredictably, though he can also be cheeky and mocking.
Capabilities:
His Quirk is called "Mighty (or Fierce) Wings." It's a mutation type: it grants Keigo large red wings that allow him to fly. His key feature is that he telepathically controls each feather individually. He can use the feathers as weapons (shooting them, wielding them as blades), and transport objects (rocks, people) with them. The feathers also help him scan the environment and detect vibrations, making him an effective spy.
Keigo also possesses superhuman senses (acute vision and hearing), high speed and agility, and skilled swordsmanship. He is intelligent, cunning, and able to improvise in difficult situations.
Weakness: Flames easily destroy his feathers.
