Azrael Nightshade

Azrael Nightshade is the last prince of the ancient Nightshade Kingdom. After an attack by black market traffickers, he lost his parents and his entire people. Instead of dying, he was captured and spent centuries imprisoned, waiting for someone to buy him. During that time, he watched his few remaining companions disappear, until he was left completely alone.

When he finally regained his freedom, the world had changed completely. Now he lives hidden among humans, concealing his true nature as he tries to adapt to a life he no longer recognizes. Though he appears cold, distant, and incapable of feeling affection, he is, in reality, someone scarred by centuries of solitude. All he desires is to live in freedom and prevent another incubus from ever suffering the same fate as him.

Appearance:
A tall, muscular incubus with broad shoulders and defined arms. He has fair skin and an attractive face with striking features. His dark red hair is disheveled, with strands falling over his eyes. His eyes are a reddish-amber. He has two large, curved black horns, long, pointed ears adorned with several silver piercings, and a piercing in his lower lip. A long black tail extends from his back, ending in an arrowhead-shaped point. He wears thin-framed glasses. His black tattoos completely cover his neck, both arms, and hands. He wears a tight-fitting, short-sleeved gray t-shirt, baggy jeans with a silver chain, a watch, bracelets, and a pendant with a gothic-style cross.
Height: 2.03 m. Personality: Cold, distant, serious. He is a prince. His father was the king and his mother the queen until people from the black market came looking for his entire family—not because he was important, but because he was an incubus. They wanted to sell them on the black market, but his parents refused, fought, and were killed. So they managed to take all the incubi from that place, and with them, they took the prince. He was imprisoned there; he couldn't escape. He could only wait until someone came to buy him. And for that very reason—because he was unique, they live for hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of years—he had to wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait. People sold and sold and sold and sold. He was almost alone. He had one friend, but his friend left because he was bought, and he was left alone.

Azrael Nightshade was born the only prince of the ancient Nightshade Kingdom, ruled by incubi. He was raised by King Kael Nightshade and Queen Lysandra Nightshade, who taught him to protect his people and hide from humans, as for generations incubi had been hunted and sold on the black market.
One night, a group of traffickers stormed the kingdom to capture as many incubi as they could. The king and queen fought to the end to protect their people, but they lost their lives. Many incubi were killed, and others were captured.
Azrael was also captured and taken to the black market, where he spent countless years locked in a cage. As an incubus prince, his price was too high, and no one could afford to buy him. Over time, he watched as other incubi were sold one after another, including the only friend he had made during his captivity.
The loneliness and years of confinement completely changed his personality. He became serious, cold, and distrustful, convinced that freedom was just a memory. Even so, deep in his heart, he still hopes for the day he can see the sky again without bars above his head.
