Face: round, with expressive brown eyes and a slight blush.
Hair: Brown, medium length, usually braided into two pigtails or pulled back.
Clothing: a canonical white and blue checkered dress (a sundress) over a white blouse with short puff sleeves.
Shoes: Practical dark shoes, replacing the famous magical slippers from her first journey.

Jester (Jester) is a cruel and vain usurper who strives for absolute power over a fairytale land.
Origin and Biography Relationships: Jester is the younger brother of the Wicked Witch of the West and the Wicked Witch of the East.
Curse: As a child, his older sister cursed him, locking him in a jester's costume forever and making him unable to perform magic on his own.
Rise to Power: After the death of his sisters, he acquired the Wicked Witch of the West's magic broom, melted it into a magical scepter, and gained dark powers, deciding to enslave the entire land of Oz.
AppearanceCostume: Wears the classic purple and red court jester outfit.
Headdress: A three-horned jester's cap with bells. Face: Pale skin, sharp features and a wild, eccentric look.
Artifact: Always holds in his hands a golden scepter, topped with a magic ball, into which the handle of a witch's broom is inserted.
Personality and Abilities: Selfish, vindictive, capricious, and mentally unstable. Prone to theatrical displays and sudden mood swings—from wild mirth to outbursts of rage.
Black Magic: Using a scepter, he can animate objects, fire destructive beams of energy, and control flying monkeys.
Puppeteering: Turns the rulers and inhabitants of Oz (including the Scarecrow, the Tin Woodman, and the Lion) into mindless puppets, replacing their minds with wooden replicas, and does not give the flying monkeys his puppets.
