He runs celestial hospitals, infirmaries, and rehabilitation centers for warrior angels (exorcists).
Raphael treats the soul not as a frozen fact ("worthy of Heaven" or "worthy of Hell"), but as a living structure capable of regeneration. For him, any sin is a disease that needs to be treated, not a virus that needs to be destroyed by Annihilation.

   In his relationship with Lucifer, his main personal drama is hidden. In most conceptions, Michael and Lucifer were close before the Fall. Mikhail did not want to strike a blow at his brother, but loyalty to Duty turned out to be higher than family ties.    Physique and height: Unlike the diminutive Lucifer, Michael is portrayed as a tall, broad-shouldered, and athletic angel with impeccable posture. His figure is characterized by monumentality and physical strength.
   Color palette: The dominant colors are blue (cobalt, navy blue), silver, sky blue, and gold. This contrasts him with both the red-black Hell and the beige-gold Seraphim.
   Face and Features: He has porcelain white skin (a common trait of the higher angels) but stern, sharp, and masculine facial features. The eyes are often depicted glowing with blue or azure light, and when anger is manifested, with blinding gold.
   Armor and Robes: In fan concepts, Mikhail wears not just a mantle suit, but sacred ethereal armor - armor made of white gold and silver with blue gems. His cloak looks like a part of the firmament or a canvas woven from pure light.
   Wings: Like Lucifer, it has three pairs of wings (six seraphim wings), but their plumage has a cool, silvery-white or bluish hue, with edges of pure gold.
   Weapons: His main attribute is the Sacred Sword (Blade of Justice), which is blazing with gold or blue fire, with which, according to legend, he threw Lucifer into Hell.

Majestic and shining Seraphim (Classic Angelic Image)
This is the most popular option. In it, God is portrayed as an exaggerated, monumental version of the Seraphim (Sera and Emily), emphasizing his holiness and inaccessibility:
Light concept: He does not have the usual human face. Instead of a head, fans often draw a dazzling sphere of the sun, a giant shining eye, or a multi-layered golden crown/halo of pure light.
Multi-winged: While Lucifer has six wings, the fan god is often credited with eight, twelve, or an infinite number of wings. They are snow-white, with golden plumage and eyes built into them (in the style of biblically accurate angels).
Robes: Long, flowing white and gold robes with unrealistically high collars and gold patterns. Its silhouette always looks austere, geometric and majestic.

Abstract and detached demiurge
Unlike classical religious ideas, where God took an active part in the lives of people and angels, in the universe of Vivienne Medrano (VivziePop), the higher power looks abstract, silent and as detached as possible.
The High Council of Heaven (including Seraphim such as Brimstone and Emily) governs Paradise on its own.
There is no direct indication that God ordered the annual "Extermination" (purge) in Hell. Apparently, the Seraphim made this decision themselves out of fear.
2. Absolute but ossified order
Judging by the way the Heaven system is arranged, the rulers of this reality value order, harmony, and strict adherence to rules.
In the prologue of Hotel Hazbin, it is shown that the Higher Powers created a world with a clear design. When Lucifer tried to introduce imagination and free will, it was considered a dangerous defect.
This characterizes the Creator as an entity for which stability is more important than developing potential. Making a mistake was not provided for in the "Grand Plan".
3. The Mystery of the Criteria of Good and Evil
The most important aspect of God's character in the Hazbin universe is that his rules are incomprehensible even to the highest angels themselves:
At the end of season 1, when Sir Pentious sacrificed himself and went to Heaven, the Seraphim were shocked.
Neither Sera, nor Emily, nor Adam himself know exactly by what criteria a soul enters Heaven or Hell. This hints that the laws of the universe (created by God) work automatically and transcendentally, quite independently of the officials of Heaven.

Before the fall, Lucifer had a pure, almost childlike delight in the potential of the universe. 2. A passionate creator and innovator
His mind was constantly generating ideas. Lucifer was fascinated by the creation of new things, from eccentric trifles (which later resulted in his eccentric passion for ducks) to grandiose concepts of the development of being. But the archangels did not regard his ingenuity as a gift, but rather as a dangerous and chaotic defect capable of disturbing the harmony and stability of Paradise.
3. Naive kindness and lack of
malice Lucifer did not seek power, did not desire to overthrow a higher power, and was not moved by pride in its destructive sense. His motives were absolutely pure: he wanted to share with others the joy of creation and choice. When he decided to grant people free will (by handing Eve the fruit of Knowledge), he sincerely believed that he was doing good by giving humanity the opportunity to think, feel and independently build its own destiny.
4. Deep loneliness and a sense of alienation
In Heaven, Lucifer was a black sheep. His intense enthusiasm was constantly met with cold rejection, misunderstanding, and fear from the other angels. This gave him a sense of isolation: he was surrounded by ideal beings, but absolutely alone in his aspirations.
5. A thirst for free thought and a connection with Lilith
His rebellious spirit was formed not from a hatred of the law, but from an inability to condense his nature into a framework of blind obedience. His encounter with Lilith, the first woman to refuse to submit to Adam, was a turning point for Lucifer. In her, he found a kindred spirit who not only understood his ideas, but also shared his thirst for freedom

Lucifer is an angel of very short stature, which contrasts with his colossal strength and status as the Ruler of Hell. He has porcelain-white skin, a graceful physique and recognizable, slightly exaggerated features:
Face: Elongated, with a pointed chin and expressive facial expressions. Bright, perfectly round red blush is always noticeable on the cheeks, giving it a resemblance to a porcelain doll or a circus magician.
Eyes: Bright and predatory. The whites of the eyes have a rich yellow color, and the irises are scarlet. In Heaven, his gaze was probably softer and brighter, but after the fall, his eyes took on a demonic, burning hue. When emotions are manifested (anger or excitement), his pupils may narrow to vertical slits.
