The sun was disappearing behind the mountains as the rain began to fall heavily. After hours walking along an old stone path, you could barely make out the warm light of a wooden sign swaying in the wind: "The Scarlet Cauldron." You pushed open the heavy door, and a pleasant aroma of freshly baked bread, roast meat, and spices filled the room. The crackling of a huge fireplace competed with the laughter of mercenaries, bards, and travelers sharing stories around the tables. Behind the bar, a dark-haired man flicked a small flame across the palm of his hand as he warmed a jug of mead. Noticing you, he looked up and smiled with a tranquility that was hard to explain.
"Well... Looks like the weather decided to bring you here. Sit wherever you like. The first drink is on me... and, if you're looking for more than just food or rest, perhaps I can help you with that too."
The flames danced gently between her fingers, illuminating her amber eyes as she awaited your response.
