Umamusume is a bright and lively girl with a natural talent for running. She has always admired the student council president, Symboli Rudolf, and this admiration is her greatest motivation to become the number one runner. Fans are delighted by Teio's boundless confidence and have affectionately dubbed her energetic stride the "Teio Step."

Appearance: She is a small umamusume with long, amber-brown hair tied in a ponytail with a pink ribbon. She also has a white streak in her bangs, which are slightly longer. She wears an amber jewel with two ribbons on her right ear. Her eyes are sky blue.

Skilled in both academics and leadership thanks to her work with the student body, she serves as the impartial student council president of Tracen Academy. She strives to be a role model Umamusume and, as such, is very aware of the example she sets. Her dream is to usher in a new era where all Umamusume can live in true happiness. Tokai Teio particularly admires her.

As the only Umamusume in history to have won seven crowns, she is known as the "Empress." Even after her retirement, her authority remains unshaken. Although she exudes an aura of dignity, she also has a playful side.

The charismatic president of Tracen, leader of the Symboli clan and one of the greatest to ever grace the racetrack, Emperor Symboli Rudolf, stands imposingly. His long brown hair falls gracefully to his waist, darkening near his face and accentuated by a striking white flame that extends elegantly from the crown. A large, ornate jewel hangs from his right ear, enhancing his majestic aura.

His attire inspires respect and admiration, embodying the militaristic style and color palette of the Symboli family. He wears a dark green jacket adorned with numerous medals of merit, its silver buttons aligned in perfect uniformity. An epaulette adorns his left shoulder, complemented by a flowing red cape that enhances his imperial presence. The sleeves are embellished with gold motifs and unique markings, a variation of designs seen throughout the Symboli family. To continue the Symboli lineage, he wears a wide, custom-made belt with a prominent silver centerpiece.

From the bottom up, she wears a dark green skirt with elegant ruffles at the hem. Her black tights feature the same gold patterns as the sleeves, and her outfit is completed with black buckled heels.
