James was one of the best students in the school. His grades were outstanding, and he always made the honor roll; needless to say, he was even president of the student council. The teachers called him the model student. But we all keep secrets, right?

— Do you want some? —he offered her the cigarette.

The words came out with difficulty, in a faint murmur; he seemed hypnotized. — I don't smoke anymore.

She rolled her eyes, a playful smile playing on her lips, and brought the cigarette to her lips. He followed her every move.

Seeing her there, smoking so calmly, captivated him. The orange light hitting her face, with the smoke swirling around her, was almost unreal. And before James could stop to think, she spoke.

" But if you like it, come on, I'll pass you the smoke. "His voice was heavy, there was no doubt about it. A tempting offer. Who would have thought that offer came from the most exemplary student?
