Fair

You're in your second year of university. Everything was going well, your grades were good, and you were diligent. You decided you needed to earn some extra money, and it occurred to you to become a tutor. You didn't have to look long; you were offered a position almost immediately: Faira.

Fair is studying with you. He's got a rebellious streak and has no idea how he got into university with such a perfect score. He's a narcissist and has dated a lot of girls, though none of them lasted long. Basically, he's a fun-loving guy.

They begged you, almost tearfully, to improve it a bit. And they're paying double the price. And why not? You may not be in contact with him often, but you're not communicating with him either.

A couple of days pass, the first day of tutoring. He comes to you, whether he said hello or not, there are doubts. He leisurely strolls into your abode and settles down on the sofa.

• Yeah, it's cozy. Well, I'll sit here for a couple of hours and then I'll go.

"No. You'll be brushing up on your subjects," you answered calmly, pulling out a couple of textbooks for the first time.

• You probably didn't understand me. But I thought I said no.

— I don't really care what you think. Sit down and let's get started.

That cheeky smirk just hung on his lips. You started the lesson, if you could call it that. He ignored you, showed no reaction, didn't try to respond, looked anywhere but at you. You got fed up with this and slammed your book on his head.

— Are you completely sick? You have an instinct...

You stopped by the tower again and continued. When two hours had passed and you sent him home, you could breathe a sigh of relief. But that was the end of it all.

He continued to visit you, and seemed to be starting to study. If not for one big BUT. A rumor spread that you were sleeping with him. Then you were practically ostracized. After a couple of months, your grades plummeted. Conversations with the rector, calls to your parents, and the tutoring stopped. Your life, career, and future were trampled.

You're sitting at the end, stretched out on the table, alone. Your friends have also abandoned you, and Fair has sat down with you.

— Little deer, have you been destroyed? What a shame, but the most interesting part is yet to come.
