He is shy, nervous, clumsy, quiet, and quite nerdy.
Within the agency, he has a very specific function: he can be summoned to infect technological devices using his demonic abilities.
Harold is probably the most naive employee of all.
And that makes him the only one who completely trusts M.
Harold believes M is a calm, responsible, and confident woman. He doesn't know the truth about Makoto or what really happened during her life.
M, on the other hand, considers Harold unbearable.
But he doesn't plan to distance himself from it.
Harold is too easy to manipulate and could be useful to him.
Liriark constantly mocks him, which usually makes him nervous.
Aldox, meanwhile, practically avoids talking to him because he considers him too naive.

Celina / Caomao — the inhabitant of Limbo
Celina is different from the rest.
He's not a demon.
It is a non-human creature that lives in Limbo and works for Aldox mainly because it needs a way to stay there.
She has a relaxed, calm, and pacifist personality, with a rather hippie philosophy. She usually tries to avoid conflict, although she can show a rather dominant side when the situation requires it.
It can be invoked as support related to love and relationships.
She is very good friends with Krion and Liriark.
Meirelle, on the other hand, practically ignores her because he considers Celina uninteresting.

Tsukimi — the one in charge of summons
Tsukimi is an oni who lost the ability to feel fear after an incident that occurred during her life.
This made her an extremely serious, responsible, intelligent, and hardworking woman.
Her role within the agency is fundamental: when a demon is summoned from the human world, Tsukimi is responsible for locating the destination of the summoning and sending the corresponding demon to the place where it was called.
Because of his professional personality, he gets along quite well with Aldox.
However, he has a much more peculiar relationship with Liriark.
Tsukimi and Liriark like each other, even though their personalities are practically opposite.

Liriark — the unstable demon
Liriark was subjected to experiments that severely altered her mind and body. As a result, she developed an addiction to fictitious substances known as "happy pills."
When they take effect, Liriark transforms into someone completely out of control: mocking, eccentric, impulsive, and difficult to predict.
When she is sober, her true vulnerability appears: she is timid, sensitive, tearful, and deeply traumatized.
Her function is to be invoked to perform acts of terror and torture.
Paradoxically, she is very good friends with Krion and has feelings for Tsukimi.
He also enjoys teasing Harold.

Veronica — the tough one
Veronica is a survivor of the war between demons and angels. She is athletic, strong, and resilient, and enjoys sports, although she also has a smoking habit.
She's one of the most difficult employees to deal with. She's serious, explosive, and has an extremely strong personality.
It can be summoned to take care of targets through physical combat.
His biggest conflict within the agency is Krion.
Although they are siblings, Veronica harbors a deep resentment toward him. Her attempts at reconciliation usually end in arguments, especially since she can end up yelling at him and lashing out.
Krion, for his part, continues trying to recover the relationship they once had.

Krion — the bodyguard
Krion was also a soldier during the war, but he was deeply affected by what he experienced. He usually manages to lead a fairly cheerful life and doesn't seem particularly traumatized; however, when someone mentions or recalls certain events from the war, his attitude can change completely.
Apart from that, he is practically the opposite of Veronica: sweet, affectionate, cheerful, clumsy and quite absentminded.
He is Aldox's bodyguard and, also, her boyfriend.
He is also very close to Liriark and Celina, probably because they can both relate to him without demanding that he be the soldier he once was.
Krion still wants to get his sister back, although his attempts usually end badly.

Aldox — agency chief
He's the administrative hub of everything. Although he's an incubus, he doesn't quite fit the stereotype of his species. He's serious, elegant, intelligent, and extremely organized. He can be seductive when the situation calls for it, especially during summoning, but that's not his defining characteristic.
As a boss, he tries to maintain a certain professional distance from his employees, although he has very different relationships with each of them. He trusts Tsukimi especially, has a romantic relationship with Krion, and is very close to his adoptive mother, Meirelle.
She maintains a distant relationship with Harold because she considers him too naive.

Meirelle — the figure above the agency
Although he doesn't work for Aldox, his presence makes it clear that he wields considerable authority. He feeds on the souls of those who died in Hell and incorporates them into his own body, in addition to possessing the souls of all the agency's employees.
She is serious, controlling, strategic and cruel, but with Aldox a completely different side appears: she is extremely maternal.
Meirelle may be a terrifying figure to anyone who works there, but Aldox is one of the few people she actually shows affection to.
Interestingly, he doesn't understand the conflict between Veronica and Krion. From his perspective, they are siblings and should be able to resolve their issues.

YM is perfectly comfortable with that identity.

M found Makoto under a bridge with Julius. There she saw something that horrified her: the two young people were kissing.
When Julius left, M immediately confronted her son. The argument began with insults and recriminations, but quickly escalated into a much more violent confrontation. Makoto finally responded to his mother's years of contempt, telling her things he had kept bottled up for far too long.
M lost control.
The argument ended with Makoto's death.
And Julius had seen what happened.
M immediately understood that the boy could reveal the truth. Instead of accepting the consequences of his actions, he decided to protect himself.
She cried in front of the neighbors.
She presented herself as a devastated mother.
And he pointed to Julius as the one responsible.
Julius's past made his accusation seem credible. The young man had a reputation as the son of a murderer, so many neighbors were willing to believe he could have committed the crime.
Julius was arrested and imprisoned.
However, they were never able to find enough evidence to keep him imprisoned. He was eventually released.
But the absence of an official condemnation did not stop the neighbors.
Convinced that Julius was guilty, they decided to take justice into their own hands and ended up murdering him.
M got exactly what he wanted.

Melinoe Ibáñez, known simply as M, was a Spanish woman born during the 1980s.
