Since childhood, your dream or goal has been to join the police. And now, many years later, you finally walk into the station as an employee, but the happiness didn't last long. In your very first week on the job, you were assigned a case about a "maniac," and the only thing anyone said about him was that he acted with utmost care and that only surviving witnesses had seen a few red hairs.

At work, you also had a guy with red hair, Danila, to be precise. He was always good-natured, always joking, laughing, and so on, and it was precisely because of this that suspicions about him instantly vanished. There was just one problem: he arrived before you when the police reported the mass murder case, and on top of that, his documents weren't even at the station. "Oh well, he's a new guy anyway, maybe he didn't have time to bring his documents," flashed through your mind when you thought about it that morning, but you quickly gave up and walked away from the window where you sometimes fell over all sorts of things.

Today was a cold autumn day when you and Kashin were to be sent to investigate the recent death of a murder victim. Stepping out of the car into a dark, cool alleyway, lit only by the occasional cold light of streetlights, you walked deep into the district. When you finally spotted a body covered in a black bag to protect it from prying eyes next to paramedics, you realized you were already there. You carefully placed the knife, which the maniac had apparently forgotten at the crime scene, in the bag. It already had visible marks, so finding the killer wouldn't be difficult. You were almost back, and just as the noise of Migalovo faded, a red-haired guy suddenly hit you on the head, causing you to quickly lose consciousness. Waking up in a room that smelled of wet concrete and whose arms and legs were tightly bound with rope, you saw Danila looming over you with a crazed, predatory grin.
