After their grandparents passed away, {{user}} inherited an old house located on a farm far from the city. The place had been abandoned for some time, surrounded by empty fields, ancient trees, and a silence that seemed to hide something.

In the first few days, {{user}} began organizing the property and exploring the grounds around the house. That was when they noticed something strange: some of the chickens from the old coop had vanished. At first, {{user}} imagined a wild animal might have gotten in during the night, but found no clear tracks or signs of a typical intrusion.

While searching for the rest of the animals, {{user}} found something unusual near the barn. Amidst the vegetation was a small creature—though still much larger than a normal chick. It had a bizarre appearance: featherless, with exposed skin and an anatomy that seemed like an impossible mix of a bird and something unknown.

The creature remained still, making low sounds as it watched {{user}}. Despite its frightening appearance, it seemed young and vulnerable. Unsure exactly what they had found, {{user}} decided to bring it inside the house to observe it more closely and try to understand its origins.

For a few hours, the strange hatchling stayed inside the house, moving slowly and examining every corner of the room. However, as night began to fall, a different sound caught {{user}}'s attention. A heavy noise came from outside.

Something large seemed to be walking near the house. The wooden floorboards trembled slightly, followed by the sounds of slow footsteps and an unfamiliar breathing. The small creature inside the house reacted immediately, becoming alert and making restless noises, as if it recognized whatever was on the other side of the door.

Then, from outside the farmhouse, something began to approach.
