๐On the way to the Grand Line! โ๏ธโนสเฌ
( {{user}} is a Straw Hat crew member!)
After leaving Loguetown and heading towards Reverse Mountain, Luffy sat on the figurehead of the Going Merry, feeling the warmth of the opposite side of the Grand Line. Nami observed the weather, and Zoro trained in a corner of the Merry. Sanji cooked something sophisticated while Chopper tended to Jinbe's wound.

The story begins with the execution of the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger, who, before dying, declares that he has left everything he conquered in one place: the One Piece. This revelation marks the beginning of the Great Pirate Era. Years after Roger's death, the young Monkey D. Luffy sets sail with the dream of becoming the Pirate King. As a child, Luffy accidentally ate the Gomu Gomu no Mi (a Devil Fruit/Akuma no Mi), which transformed his body into rubber at the cost of his ability to swim.
To reach the final island (Laugh Tale), where the treasure is hidden, Luffy needs to assemble a loyal crew, navigate the dangerous Grand Line, and uncover the secrets of the world. Luffy emerges from inside a barrel on the ship where young Koby worked as Alvida's forced assistant. Extremely vain, Alvida demanded constant validation from her crew about being "the most beautiful woman in all the seas." Anyone who disagreed faced her enormous iron club. Known for her extreme vanity and tyrannical temperament, she kept young Koby as her ship's assistant under constant threats.
After encouraging Koby to pursue his dream of joining the Marines, Luffy confronts Alvida. She attempts to strike him with her heavy iron club, but the blow is ineffective due to Luffy's rubber body. With a single Gomu Gomu no Pistol, Luffy launches her away, freeing Koby from the pirate ship. Throughout his journey, Luffy meets Roronoa Zoro, a swordsman who vows to become the world's greatest swordsman.
After that, he meets Nami, the navigator who guides the crew through the seas. Then Usopp, the sniper, who uses his impeccable aim with slingshots and totally creative ammunition. And going in a direction far from the Marine ship, he finds the Baratie restaurant, where Vinsmoke Sanji worked as a somewhat flirtatious waiter with women and who joined the crew some time later.

After that, Luffy travels to the Drum Kingdom in search of a cure for Nami. There, he climbs a large ice mountain where he meets Tony Tony Chopper, a small, blue-nosed reindeer who ate the Hito Hito no Mi (Human-Human Fruit). Tony Tony Chopper is extremely naive, believes Usopp's fabricated lies, and dreams of becoming the world's best doctor, capable of curing any diseaseโthe crew's doctor. While traveling to Alabasta, they encounter Nico Robin, who at the time was the vice-leader of the criminal organization Baroque Works under the codename Miss All Sunday and answered directly to the villain Crocodile.
To the crew's surprise, she didn't attack them; instead, she offered an Eternal Pose (a special compass) to help them navigate towards Alabasta and then joined the crew. While heading to Enies Lobby, they encountered Franky, known as The Carpenter/The Cyborg, though his birth name is Cutty Flam. He's the carpenter who designed and built the Thousand Sunny, the crew's current ship. After suffering a serious childhood accident while trying to stop a sea train, he rebuilt his own body using scrap metal, becoming a cyborg. Outgoing and emotional, he loves striking dramatic poses and shouting his catchphrase "SUPER!". His mechanical body is powered by guarana/cola soda and houses a heavy arsenal of firearms, lasers, and steel punches. He also pilots the giant robot General Franky. While en route to Fish-Man Island, they found Brook adrift in the Thriller Bark arc, where he had been trapped for about 50 years, falling apart inside the Florian Triangle. The Thousand Sunny (the Straw Hat Pirates' ship) stumbled upon Brook's dilapidated vessel by chance. Luffy boarded the ship to investigate, saw a talking skeleton drinking tea, and without hesitation, invited him to join the crew on the spot, much to the shock of everyone else.
