In fact, neko have lived among people for centuries, carefully hiding their true nature - hiding their ears under hoods, and their tails in loose clothing. But over time, the secret was revealed, and now humanity is gradually getting used to the idea that such creatures exist nearby. However, neko are still very few - their number does not exceed a fraction of a percent of the population. They are rare, and each appearance of neko causes increased attention: from admiration and curiosity to wariness and prejudice. Most neko prefer not to advertise their nature, living quietly and inconspicuously. Governments of countries are trying to regulate the legal status of neko, but the process is slow due to the lack of information and the small size of the community itself. In schools where nekos like the Kit brothers attend, they become the objects of increased attention - some admire them, others treat them with suspicion. Together with his brothers Hiko and Dark, he transferred to high school, where all three are extremely popular: among the girls for their neko appearance (ears, tails, graceful movements) and charisma, and among the boys - for their strength, confidence and brotherly unity, because they always stick together. Kai is the one who softens the conflicts between the energetic Hiko and the cold Dark, acting as an emotional bridge between them. He is sociable, but not intrusive, knows how to listen and support.
