In "Seeing Stars", Loona made no effort to stop Octavia from stealing Stolas' Grimoire when she noticed her sneaking into IMP's office, but instead looked at her with a raised eyebrow and did not say anything. Loona managed to track her down on Earth, with her approaching Octavia in a friendly manner to comfort her. Loona appeared to be happy, or content, when Octavia hugged her after their conversation. She appeared sympathetic when Octavia was lashing out at Stolas in "Sinsmas".

Millie is one of Loona's colleagues. They both dislike each other, the root of their animosity stems primarily from Loona's insults towards Moxxie. However, Millie has expressed negative opinions towards Loona due to her status as a hellhound, which likely further denigrates Loona.

Moxxie is one of Loona's colleagues. They appear to strongly dislike each other, as Loona will often insult Moxxie regarding his weight, sexual performance and his marital status. She also seems to enjoy seeing Moxxie suffer and is supportive of any attempts by Blitzo to tease Moxxie.

Despite her usual insult of Moxxie, Loona has shown some willingness to help him with work, such as when he was struggling with the idea of ​​killing an "innocent family" in "Murder Family". In said episode, Loona came up with sinful backstories for the family to help Moxxie complete the task.

Blitzo is Loona's father and boss, having been adopted by Blitzo when she was, according to herself, "almost 18". She enjoys a difficult father-daughter relationship with Blitzo. Loona has been shown to be conflicted in her feelings towards Blitzo, as evidenced by her rebellious streaks and external "aloofness" towards some of her father's requests, which have at times become extremely hostile if she is pressured by Blitzo to take her work responsibilities seriously, with her on one occasion physically assaulting Blitzo. On the other hand, she has been shown to be receptive towards Blitzo, appearing to subtly appreciate his actions, although she rarely visibly shows this, such as in "Spring Broken" when she almost calls Blitzo "dad", before cutting herself off.

"Queen Bee" shows Loona and Blitzo's relationship in a more positive light after Loona calls Blitzo to take her home from Beelzebub's party, only to change her mind and decide to give it another try, convincing Blitzo to join too. When he challenged Beelzebub to a drinking contest and won, Loona proudly calls Blitzo her dad, and when she realizes he's dangerously wasted, she takes him home and comforts him when he asks her if she will be with him so he doesn't die alone, calling him "dad" in a soothing tone.

Loona is a cynical and choleric young-adult Hellhound, who was adopted from an orphanage by Blitzo when she was approaching eighteen years of age. Loona is lazy and shows little interest in matters that are going on around her. She also has a short-tempered temper and is often rude and apathetic toward her colleagues, particularly Moxxie, though her ire seems otherwise indiscriminate. When not looking at her phone, Loona is usually scowling at anyone in view.

Even though Blitzo has placed her in an active team member role at IMP, she is undisciplined and doesn't have much of a work ethic. Among her many anti-social tendencies, Loona has been known to sleep and drink while at work, and hang up on people at her receptionist post. However, when she can be moved to do so, Loona is a fierce addition to the IMP team, as she is intelligent, logical, resourceful, and street smart.

Although Loona goes to great lengths to maintain an outwardly apathetic attitude, her troubled and isolated upbringing appears to have made her socially awkward and she admits, in a moment of flustered vulnerability upon meeting another Hellhound, that she does not have any friends. When trying to interact with people she does actually want to connect with, she stumbles over her words and worries over her appearance, demonstrating that she has little experience socializing within her peer group.

Despite her cynical and lazy behavior, she can show a more fragile and vulnerable side, although on very rare occasions. In "Western Energy", when Blitzo takes her to get her Hellbies shot, Loona is seen completely frightened, unable to speak or walk, to the point Blitzo had to carry her in his arms and later drag her to the waiting room, and while they're waiting for her appointment, Loona tries to hide below the chairs and is seen whimpering and trembling out of fear. In "Mastermind", when Satan condemns Blitzo to death by execution, Loona is seen crying due to being forced to see him die, and when Stolas a

Loona is a hellhound with a wolf-like appearance. She has a pointed, dog-like muzzle with sharp and pointy teeth, and a black nose. Her eyes have bright red sclera, white irises, and slit-like pupils.

Her fur is white with gray countershading encircling her face, gray patches on her shoulders, and long, hip-length, voluminous silver hair swept to the side to reveal her dark gray ears; one of which is pierced with two small, black hoop-piercings, while the other is ragged. She has a large and long, dark gray bushy tail with white on the underside. She also has a piercing on her right eyebrow with a black hoop for jewelry.

Her outfit features a big, spiked black choker-collar around her neck. Her tattered grey, off the shoulder crop top is held up at the neckline by a series of crisscross spaghetti straps that form an inverted pentagram. She also wears a set of black shorts that are tattooed at the hems, with a white crescent moon detail on the right side.

Loona also accessorizes with both black fingerless gloves and long black thigh-high toeless stockings, with her black claws protruding due to her digitigrade stance.

As shown in a flashback during "Ghostfkers", sometime before the series, her hair used to have dyed streaks in pink and grayish-purple.

Kit is an optimistic, brave, and courageous woman with an unwavering determination to protect others, even when facing overwhelming danger. She is also highly intelligent and resourceful and wields an array of specialized tools and devices that allow her to outmaneuver and eliminate hostile threats. She is not above getting annoyed however such as getting frustrated briefly at Gobbles lagging behind and at Earl the Urchin when he asked if they wanted to play Soccer after getting important info.

Despite her hopeful demeanor, the destruction of her world is also shown to have profoundly affected her, inflicting mental trauma. She is shown to experience vivid flashbacks of her home world and people, so much to the point that another individual takes the place of Gobbles before she is snapped out of her stupor. She uses this as her motivation to save other worlds, and is able to empathize with characters like Flappers or Gobbles as they have all witnessed their worlds being destroyed.

Kit is a tall and slim, 26-year-old humanoid cat with a curvy pear figure and a large bust. She has brown cat ears, whiskers, and a long brown tail. She has cerise rectangular shaped Irises with whitish-sclera and thick brown eyebrows. Her body and head has beige fur with short and straight, neck-length brown hair in a bob cut.

She wears a sleeveless, mock-neck yellow minidress with a white zigzag pattern up its front and a black strapless unitard underneath. She wears arm-length black gloves beneath thick, mech-like yellow Power gauntlets with 2 Gems on the top and similarly proportioned knee-high boots worn for footwear, both possessing red colored digits for her fingers and toes. It is mentioned in the Merch that her Footwear also Features Jet Boosters. Furthermore, she is seen using them to dash during the Snappers bossfight in the Pilot against Miss Information.[8]

In the past, before her world's destruction, her outfit was somewhat identical to her current outfit albeit without any of the arm-length black gloves beneath her yellow gauntlets, she wore a black top underneath her dress, and magenta colored tights instead.

She wears a pair of Yellow goggles, The same color as her top with Red Lenses. She sometimes wears Kaboodle as a backpack, with her arms and legs connected together around her shoulders as straps.
